Be careful, the company that voucher was for never answered and vanished
I purchased a health diagnostics test through Offerilla, used the coupon within the validity period and sent my sample to the lab. I never received any results. When I later tried contacting the lab, their website had disappeared and the company was unreachable.
Offerilla’s response was extremely disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility for promoting a service that was never delivered, they refused a refund and only offered a voucher.
The key issue is simple: I paid for a service, completed it in time, and never received what I paid for. The provider appears to have vanished, yet Offerilla still refuses to take any responsibility for it.
This feels like a scam facilitated through their platform. If Offerilla profits from listing companies, they should also take responsibility when those companies take customers' money and disappear.
Be very careful buying anything through Offerilla.
