I will not but at Offi again and recommend everybody else to do the same.
Very rude customer service after calling and claiming that the internet information was misleading.
It has to be pointed out that one has to follow the exact name of the printer but offi did not point out the problems.
Not accepting the return is very difficult.

I check the tracking no that my parcel…
I check the tracking no that my parcel was delivered, but when I go to Silvan, they cannot find my parcel. I don't know where to trace my parcel no and I don't know contact phone no.
There is no separate email to notify me the status of the parcel, I need to keep track myself. This is no good compare with others.

I bought epson xp-6100 ink cartridges
I bought epson xp-6100 ink cartridges, but unexpected worst result . I left all websites in sweden and decided to buy from offi but as i opened to fill in printer ink flowed in a strange way on my hands and paper. 2ndly after cleaning cartridge when i fixed them in printer it is giving extremely bad results with orange colour. I am surprised on thier return policies even if it is fault from there side. 1st and last but worst experience. Hopefully they will help me.
