The fitting and after care of the the coffee machine is 10/10. the engineer was very polite and helped as much as he could with training staff on how to use / clean the machine.
The taste of the coffee is like its been made by a barista in front of you.

Highly recommend as this machine is used daily by staff and customers and they all love it.

We had our machine installed in Dec 2021 and it has gone down a treat with staff. The tasting session beforehand was really well received and the installation and follow up service from Sophie and Matt faultless. Would recommend

We got our coffee machine installed in November 2021, and we LOVE it . The engineer installing it was very friendly and professional, the support from Sophie & Matt is excellent. When we need a technical support we have had specialist coming in on the same day we reported the issue! Our colleagues are please with variety of hot beverages offered by our coffee machine. Highly Recommended .

Great Service all round, great coffee as well, and timely service.

Dealing with this company is ease itself. The is a superior product. I can honestly say I far prefer it to any of the other "well known" coffee vendors.
Their customer and delivery services are excellent.
My recommendation is definitely 5 star.

Sophie and the team at Office Coffee Company provided us with two of their 'Boss' bean to cup coffee machines. The machines are great, really easy to use and the coffee + chocolate you get from them is delicious (there is 20-30mins daily cleaning involved but this is easy once you have done it a couple of times). Sophie and the team are incredibly helpful and are always available on phone or email if you need them. The whole service with Office Coffee Company feels very personal and professional.
