Windows 11 Pro Product key
Purchased a product back in 2023 but not used it till now 2026.
Thought it was a lifetime licence, but the keys did not work.
Fill in contact us form on their site week stating 2nd March 2026, had no answer.
Officedigital.io got back to us and looked into this issue. The issue was not with the license but with how windows accepted the key.
I managed to search web and find a work around, which has worked.
Thank you to Officedigital for looking into this.

Gave me incorrect Windows key twice.
First one was Windows 11 Pro, I purchased Windows 11 Home.
Second was Windows 10, I need Windows 11.
However, customer service was kind enough to give me a refund (which is why I gave an extra star)
