Junior and Kevin were extremely professional and courteous. It was a tough delivery up 8 flights but they managed it without complaining, put the furniture together and left the area clean and tidy.

Junior and Kevin delivered very heavy desks to my office on the first floor and were totally professional and friendly.
Once the sweat dried after a pretty heavy lift they asked if everything was ok and we were very happy.

UPDATE: Customer service reached out and made me aware there's a 6 month warranty to their chairs. I've now received a replacement.

Good price but a bad gamble. I bought a Humanscale Liberty chair, but after 3 weeks the left armrest partially came off, before finally fully falling off today slightly over a month of having it.

I'm sure they've got some less defective models in stock, but I guess the nature of refurbishing definitely leaves it up to luck.

Surprisingly great experience!

I bought the Herman miller Mirra from office resale, it arrived within 8 days, It was delivered fully assembled and in shockingly perfect condition. Considering it's a refurbished unit for cheaper than any other I could find, it is in perfect condition.

I haven't had to deal with after-sale support (because the product was delivered flawlessly!) but pre-sale support was very helpful.

I needed a decent quality chair for home working and after having made do with cheap examples bought hurriedly during the pandemic looked online for something similar to what I use when in the office. I wasn’t expecting to find the exact same model I use but there it was, refurbished and for practically half the price. It arrived promptly after Christmas and to my mind is as good as new. Great service, quick delivery and product was exactly as described when ordering.

Excellent customer service - the one key thing all companies should strive to get right - Office Resale does exactly that!

They cancelled the first delivery because the van broke down! However Michael the driver for the rescheduled delivery was second to none, very polite and was more than happy to take our chair to our office. Had they not cancelled they would have got 5 stars as it meant I had to alter my wfh/office days to accommodate

Amazing experience! Ordering was easy and delivery quick. Malachi and his colleague were a great delivery team. They put the 12 desks we ordered up so quickly and efficiently and help with my request for stacking them without any issues. Really nice guys that were hard working, friendly and helpful.
