This was my first time using…
This was my first time using OfficeServe so didn't know what to expect but had looked at the reviews which seemed very good. It turned out I needn't have worried. Catering arrived early morning as agreed and food was very well presented. I was catering for over 20 people and feedback was really good in relation to the quality of the sandwiches / wraps / baguettes. Would highly recommend OfficeServe and I will definitely use them again

Lack of comms for a late delivery your downfall
Albeit i have no complaint on the volume and quality of the food provided, I am somewhat perplexed that there was a lack of communication around the delays in the delivery.
Accidents can happen but someone should have been calling round expectant customers as soon as it was known advising them of the issue. We were not told until we chased because our order as it was quickly nearing its 2 hour window deadline to be told it would be late and the delivery time then kept changing - being pushed forward another 10 mins here then another there. it was so late in fact that we had to go out and buy food from Marks & Spencer as a stop gap as we couldn't be sure it would turn up at all in time. as it turned out when the meeting ended some of the delegates just left before the delivery arrived and we ended up with extra food leftover which was then wasted.

We're sorry that you experienced the delays. As mentioned our driver was involved in a crash and we were attempting to re-route deliveries when it was clear he wasn't going to be able to continue on his route.
We did your best to get the delivery to you as soon as possible and advised that it would be delayed by 20 minutes, later when heavy traffic was encountered we had to change this to 30, when we were called for a further update. As you can imagine this was quite a hectic situation and we were trying to also advise other impacted customers and we apologies we couldn't provide the frequency of updates you expected.
Currently we're working on a live tracking system that we can provide to customers that will allow them to see the delivery ETA and driver position and route live, we hope this will improve the communication with customers. We're very lucky in this case no one was hurt in the crash.

Delicious food delivered in time slot
Delivered in time slot. Fresh delicious sandwiches,wraps bagels and rolls. Salads very tasty, Cakes looked beautiful and tasted great. All came in sealed boxes to keep them very fresh.
This was for my husbands wake and I could not for asked for anything better. Thank you

Sandwiches presentation was good and wrapsplatter will be eaten today 16tH October, so I will forward our opinion later.
I was asked not to order snacks platter too much for four people and presentation was not very attractive. Fruit platter was fine.
Delivery was on time and your lady representative was pleasant and friendly.

The food was fresh, tasty and clearly labelled so staff with dietary or religious requirements were catered for. Highly recommended.

Wouldn't order again
The food was tasty, but the website stated that the platters fed 5, this was definitely not true! We ordered 4 platters and spend £100 and there was barely enough food for 10 people. The platters are ridiculously overpriced for how much food you get. Wouldn't order again.

I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the quantity in each platter.
As you might have seen on our website when ordering, we are very transparent as all the pictures are exactly based on what you get, and we also list a breakdown of all the contents for each platter on our website in order to avoid any bad surprises.
I understand that for the Salads sharers it is harder to gauge how many it can serve, but we never had any complaint about the portion sizes of our salads.
Once more, I would like to share our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused, as we never appreciate letting a customer down and always strive to improve our services.

Set the order online
Set the order online, got to the end and time slots. None suited so i called up, the man said choose 9.00-11.00 and he would log in and make it as late as he could which suited. Van arrive at 8.15 am and waited outside until 8.55 when he delivered. Great for lunch. if they had said first thing i would not have ordered, never use them again.
Food was OK, but paying a premium price for poor service, pointless.

Thanks for the feedback. We're sorry that you didn't find the service suitable and that the driver arrived 5 minuets early.
The vans are climate controlled and would be able to keep the food fresh. We do try to accommodate special requests where we can but sometimes on busy routes it isn't always possible.
We're looking into offering a broader range of time slots in future that should give people a bit more flexibility on when orders arrive.
