I made a mistake with an order and…

I made a mistake with an order and contacted them straight away, they corrected it and will credit me for the ones i paid for, and I have reordered the correct ones. Very fast efficient response and helpful.

A Supportive Mouse Mat

I was searching for a mouse mat that would provide support for my wrist, since I work fairly long hours doing graphic design work.
I was delighted to find one that claimed to do this, and have been using it now for three weeks with excellent results, as it does seem to relieve the strain on my wrist while I work. Thank you.

pestering emails

I bought some envelopes based on price. They are excellent. Just what I needed. Envelopes.
The problem is that after a single purchase I've had numerous further emails trying to sell me a wide variety of other things I don't want or need. I've added the business to my "Do not use" list.

New Customer Experience

Being kept informed of where my order was in the tracking process was encouraging, particularly having had an extremely poor experience with another supplier.
The order was well packed and matched what I had ordered. Delivery was well within the time frame.
Will happily use this company moving forward.
