Dear Hanne-Lene, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on Trust Pilot. We received communication from you on 23rd December and replied the very same day. It may be possible that our email has gone to your Junk Mail. As advised in your email, your order was sent via AirMail Internationally on 17th November to an address in Norway and Tracking is not available for International orders. We advised that if it still didn't arrive before Christmas then we would happily issue a refund as we guarantee delivery before Christmas. I have also checked our emails and couldn't locate any further communications from you after your first and only email on 23rd December. With Regards to ordering from other companies with great success that is truly wonderful to hear however every company uses the same postal service to send mail, so if the postal service fail to deliver a letter or it is lost or delayed in the postal system then there is nothing individual companies can do to prevent this. Please accept our sincere apologies for the lost letter in the post and I have now issued a full refund for your order.

Dear Danica, Thank you for your review, We had replied to your Facebook messages and we have already issued a refund (on the 10th of January) for this transaction as soon as you contacted us informing us that the letter had not arrived. Refunds take 5-10 days for the payment provider to process. We are very sorry to hear that your order has not arrived, and as you have also admitted to us, you had already ordered from another company and that also did not arrive and you conceded there is a known issue with your local Royal Mail delivery office as you reported that they have been binning mail. Our refund notification email has also been hard bounced back as undeliverable from your email address. We have been providing our letters for over 14 years and have many thousands of happy and repeat customers.

As we have already explained via email, Your letters were dispatched on time and as expected. Unfortunately this year there are some very lengthy delays within the Royal mail for letter delivery. Please be assured that your letters were posted on December 13th (the following day after your order was received) and we are constantly receiving updates from customers like yourself still waiting for orders to arrive to let us know that there letters have now arrived. Your letters are very much expected to arrive before Christmas and we would hope that the Royal mail is working tirelessly to clear the backlog of mail in their system. There are more Royal Mail strikes planned for 23rd and 24th however it is our understanding that not all postal staff will be striking so there may still be deliveries on these days though this does depend on your local postal worker. We have been providing our Santa Letters for over 12 years and have never experienced such slow postal deliveries. However, this is an issue caused exclusively by Royal Mail due to their mail strikes and other customers waiting for their orders are also reporting that they have received very little general mail, christmas cards ect.


Unfortunately the slow delivery service form the Royal mail this year is causing huge issues for many businesses. If you order still does not arrive before Christmas then we can only but apologies and we will of course offer a full refund if this happens (Please contact us after 28th December to request a refund if this does happen), though we really are hoping that your letters do arrive in time for Christmas as we know how important they are.

This delivery delay issue is unavoidable as once letters are posted it is upto the royal mail to deliver, and this year we have never experienced such poor delivery times as our letters usually arrive in 2-5 working days.
