Not as bad as what others seem to think 🤔
Looking at their website, I was impressed with the tees they have, so I placed an order for one. Afterwards, I started reading all these negative reviews about them and started to panic. To my surprise, I received the shirt in 6 days and I love it. I'm not sure why so many have had bad experiences with them, but I am satisfied. The only negative thing that I would say about about them is that the items are a little pricey. Other than that, I am a happy customer.

Scammers! Do not buy anything off them. I bought a couple of T-Shirts through their Etsy page (which has almost all 5 star reviews somehow). Got a tracking number showing the “T-Shirts” going from their store address to Alabama and then back to their address where it was “delivered”. When I asked what was going on I was told there would be a new tracking number soon. Took an age to get the T-Shirts which are of terrible quality and are falling apart after the first wash. Just shit. I feel sorry for anyone who, like me, fell for the bullshit Etsy reviews they have probably paid for. Wankers.

For the website name you think you are buying official shirts but it’s fraud. I received a poor quality and very cheap shirt, doesn’t have an official label just a label “made in Nicaragua”.

Good luck receiving your order/customer service is horrible
I ordered a Unisex Adult Small Weezer jacket on 12/04/25, with delivery guaranteed within 7–10 business days. The item took 18 days to arrive and only showed up just in time for Christmas after I had to contact customer service multiple times. Staying on top of my own order should not be the customer’s responsibility, yet that’s exactly what I had to do. Throughout the process, I felt completely disregarded as a customer. I returned the hoodie on 12/26/25 to exchange it for a larger size. Since then, I have received no updates despite reaching out three separate times for information. Customer service stated that although the item was returned on 12/26, it was not processed until 1/06/26. Even so, it is now 2/05/26, and I still have not received any shipping confirmation or status updates. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I will not do business with Official Band Shirts again. My recommendation to anyone considering purchasing from this company: if you order merchandise, expect a solid 3–4 week wait with little to no communication, and only hope to receive your item during that time.

Hard to Return a T-Shirt
I ordered 2 T-Shirts that were available to ship immediately. I received 1 and exchanged it for a larger size. It was too long so I was going to return it, but the website asked me to Contact Customer Service. I did and they keep asking me if I want to return the shirt, which I confirmed 4 times. Still working on getting this returned.
I just received my second shirt, which took almost 3 weeks to get here. I want to return this as well as I know it's too small and after the back & forth with their CS team, I'm going to use a different company to start my Band T-Shirt collection. I can't return this shirt either as it is asking my to contact the CS Team again. Too much time involved in ordering T-shirts where the website states Free Returns Exchanges with in 30 days. At this rate, I will be out of the 30 day window.

Christmas gift fail
Ordered 12 days before Christmas and as of 12/22, the order did not even ship yet. any reputable website will have a header on their website if they cannot provide an order by the holiday. instead they bury some BS in their terms/conditions and use that as their clutch for complaints. in my complaint, they said they get it directly from the band, so save yourself and go directly to the bands official merchandise site and buy from them, cut out this poorly managed, not customer service focused company.
