Ordered a Matt Ryan Football jersey - for 47,99$ instead of 94,99$ on other sites. Yeah, I know, should've known it was too good to be true. But with money being tight...anyways.
First thing I should have known this was a fraud was the fact that the tracking number they gave me didn't exist and only said "China". I messaged them and they gave me a different site where I was supposed to be able to track it. Didn't work either! I was already thinking I'd never receive the jersey when after over 2 weeks, I finally got to pick it up at the post office! Happiness was big until I realized they sent me one size bigger than I ordered! Disappointed, I messaged them again and got this as a response:
"You need return the jersey you have received to our factory .And we will refund you once our factory receive it.But it would take a long time and you need afford the return shipping fee also.So I think it is not the good idea for you .How about keep the item .You can send this one to your freind as a gift and we can give you some refund as a compensation.What do you think?"
First of all: NOT EVEN A "HELLO" or a "SORRY"? What a joke. And then this ridiculous "offer". I paid a hell of a lot of money (for me, anyways), and it was their stupid mistake that I got the wrong thing. Why on earth do I have to pay for the return? And who tells me the package, even with a tracking number, would ever arrive at their factory and not just magically disappear? I've seen that stuff happen on other fraud sites. It was THEIR mistake, and they make their customers pay for THEIR MISTAKE, or find stupid excuses so the customer will say "Oh, alright, I'll keep it then and pay for something I didn't order."
As if that wasn't enough, when I threatened them with getting a lawyer to look into this, that their so-called "compensation" is a right joke, they sent me almost the exact same response as a day before! :

I have now decided to keep the jersey and put it into a frame and make absolutely sure that those human beings, those FRAUDS will never have a customer fall for their fraud again. That somehow, their "business" is going to be shut down completely and they will be put before a judge.
Most horrible online shopping experience of my life, and I hope nobody will ever fall for their fraud the way I did. Now I rather pay way more for a jersey, but knowing full well that I buy with a trustworthy company.
And I only gave those fuckwits 1 star because I can't give no stars.
