I was very happy to secure 10 tickets for a new year treat for the family but when checking 3 weeks later I hadn’t received an email confirmation. Amy was able to find the booking and send the confirmation to a different email account with no fuss at all. Great service

Very reliable company
I have always had a really good experience with the company. I had to contact customer service this morning as I realised I hadn’t received the tickets for a show today. Danielle responded to my email within a few minutes and gave me the solution to getting them. Really impressive response! They are a very reliable and trustworthy company and highly recommended.

I paid £160 on 2 tickets for Hamilton
I paid £160 on 2 tickets for Hamilton, they were not "restricted view" tickets, I had a huge person sat in front of me and I cold barely see the stage at all, they have refused to do the right think and offer me any kind of refund or tickets to see the show again, I go to the theatre regularly and have never had this kind of experience, very very poor customer service, they just take you money and run

We're sorry to hear about your experience and we understand your frustration.
When a customer is booking seats that are not classified as restricted view, it is reasonable for them to expect to be able to see the performance. The seats booked do offer a clear view of the stage, with no obstructions from pillars or overhang for example. All seats in the Stalls are on a rake to allow for comfortable viewing.
Sadly, neither ourselves or the theatre cannot control how the sightline will be affected by a patron seated in front.
The theatre's ushers are always available to assist and if any patron has any issues when attending because of surrounding patrons, they would have happy to try to resolve the situation. While we cannot say how exactly, they may have been able to reallocate you in the interval to unobstructed seats, subject to their availability.
All tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis unless the performance is cancelled. As the performance you attended went ahead as scheduled, no refund is due. If a patron decides to leave the show early for any reason without speaking to the theatre's ushers, that is their prerogative and beyond our control as the ticket agent.
We appreciate you taking to time to contacting us with your complaint and the feedback has been passed to the theatre. We are sorry we could not have resolved the situation for you.

Wonderful service

Two seniors from USA on holiday in London. Looked forward to seeing Operation Mincemeat but needed a special assist with ticketing. Amy at London Theatre could not have been more helpful or professional. Due to her efforts we enjoyed excellent seating and had a wonderful experience.

The discounts are good but...
The discounts are good, but the system not great. There isn't anyone to call if you are trying to book on the website, and I was trying to buy the last ticket in the theatre but it kept telling me I couldn't leave a single seat. I wanted to buy one ticket and it was the only seat available. This is a system error that is not acceptable if you wish to visit the theatre alone.
