I had the pleasure of working with Leon today as a pet therapist to register both of my cats as emotional support animals, and I just wanted to share from the heart what a truly wonderful experience it was.

Official Pets made the process of getting a letter for my dog seamless and stress free. I submitted my and my dogs information on the website and within a few minutes Theresa messaged me to set an appointment for the next morning. During our phone call Theresa was kind and friendly, I really enjoyed speaking with her! Theresa asked questions, in a non judgmental way, about my diagnosis and how my dog helps me. At the end of our call she said I qualified and would send me my letter. Just a couple of minutes after our phone call she emailed me my letter. I’m glad that I decided to use Official Pets and very happy that I got to speak with Theresa!

From start to finish, the customer service has been amazing. I needed an ESA letter for my new cat as I was about to apply for apartments in another state. I was confused about whether I needed the letter to come from a therapist in my current state or new state, but the company was knowledgeable about the requirements in each state and was able to answer my questions right away. They connected me with a licensed therapist in my new state who emailed me that same day to make an appointment. The therapist also turned out to be super awesome to talk to, and gave me my ESA letter after a video call evaluation session. Although I had initially also paid for the additional documentation just in case any apartments asked for it, the ESA letter worked perfectly by itself and nothing else was needed for the apartment I got approved for 2 months later, so when I reached back out to Official Pets, I was able to get a refund for this. I'm truly grateful for how easy they made this entire process as moving itself is already stressful and overwhelming.
