I didn't realize my ESA Letter from my therapist was expiring soon, and I needed it for my application for a new apartment. I couldn't see my therapist at the time to renew it because she was taking a break to recover from her leg surgery, so I looked up websites I could get an official ESA letter from. OfficialPets were highly recommended, and I can see why! The consultation was simple and I got my letter a few minutes after the call. I was also able to easily get a refund for my unused Additional Documentation. And before my consultation, all my questions were nicely answered by an agent through chat. I can't recommend OfficialPets enough, and of course their letter was accepted by my apartment as official ESA documentation!
