Initially charged me 24.99 and never stated that it was just for the eligibility check.. then charged me 92.99 to unlock the phone!! Said codes wld be sent in 15 minutes to 24 hours.. well that was a lie!! Im on day 2 and still nothing!! Don't waste ur money! Def not what the advertise and the hidden fee is ridiculous! If they were on the up and up they wouldn't be hiding fees and have to trick people to use their service!!

Utter disgrace and a total scam. I price to check your phone can be unlocked (no proof just an e mail) then the surprise of another charge to get the code released with absolutely no proof the code will be received. I have reported them to my bank, asking for a charge back, blocked any future payments as well as changed all my passwords. Absolute scam. Reported and will continue to do so.
This is the next stage of the SCAM.
The phone I wanted unlocked is 5 years out of contract so utter rubbish.

Have a sim locked to Testra, not able to register phone on to network. New number, new account, "Not registered on Network"

Yeah. It is a pretty good service

No paypal first and When I bought the phone, I didn't know I had to pay for the unlocking.
