i recommed offnova's products and their customer service made thing go well!
offnova's customer service is great! Harper helped me figure out the right setting of my heat press machine which is a lot more cost effective than the name brand. And she also guided me to set right my cricut cutting machine for the offnova vinyl. The vinyl turns out great color and result. I will come back for their products again.

Great support and great product.
I had purchased the thermal printer and hooked it up to my Mac. At first it was having problems identifying what type of labels I was using. I wrote into Support and they told me how to synchronize and set it up properly. Only after two emails I was able to get everything working perfect.

Top Notch Company
The product is wonderful and it saves me so much money by making my own company stickers. I had some issues with it, but the customer service was wonderful and they took care of everything. It isn't always easy communicating issues through emails, but they were so patient and so helpful!!
