This is scam site. I did not get a confirmation of my order and I have tried to contact them several times without luck. Lost my money and I suppose I will never see the dress I ordered. I thought this was a uk site, but later I found out that it operates in China, not UK. Look out if you don't want to loose your money.
DO NOT BUY from offthegrill.co.uk. I ordered a dress from offthegrill.co.uk-initially they charged my credit card €60 twice (when the cost of my order was £58.83). A dress arrived from a China address which is not the one I ordered. I contacted the company via the gmail email account and after some back and forth on email they offered for me to keep the dress and return 15% of the purchase price....for a dress I did not order, so not want and that does not fit me. My last email is telling them this is unacceptable and unspurprisngly I have not had a response.
