No customer "service", wasted money, very unprofessional
There is no customer service at all.I've sent four messages so far because I want to return a pair of pants that don't fit my son. A return label isn't included, so you have to take care of it yourself. Unfortunately, there's been no response, and the 14-day return period expires on Saturday. There's no phone number either. We even wanted to buy the pants again in a larger size. Unfortunately, we saw the many bad reviews here too late. So, my well-intentioned advice: Stay away!

Very bad service
Very bad service. Be careful when you order. They can say that the item you ordered was a pre order and than you can’t return your order but they never make clear that the order was a pre order. And also the quality of the clothes is very bad
