I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend this company to anyone.
The sump guard I received was not the one shown in the main product photos. It was only after reading way down in the description (in small print) that it vaguely mentions the item “might not be the one in the photo.” This is very misleading advertising. Most customers rely on the images, and I feel like I was deliberately tricked into buying something different.
On top of that, the product is significantly overpriced compared to identical or very similar sump guards available elsewhere for much less money.
When I contacted the seller to raise these issues, they initially replied saying I could return it. However, after I sent a follow-up email with the details, I have never heard back from them again. Complete radio silence. Zero customer service.
Extremely poor experience from start to finish. Avoid this seller.
