OFP 2026

Hopefully with the improvement of this review, OFP can be even better.

Thank you for your feedback.

We understand that payout timing is important for traders, and delays can be frustrating. However, payouts are subject to verification and risk review processes designed to ensure that all trading activity complies with the rules and to maintain fairness across all accounts.

In some cases, additional checks may be required due to:
high trading volume,
technical verification,
compliance reviews,
or incomplete documentation.

These procedures are standard in professional trading environments and are not intended to delay payouts unnecessarily, but to ensure accuracy and transparency.

If your payout request is still under review, we encourage you to contact our support team with your account details so we can provide a precise update on your case.

We appreciate your patience and remain committed to processing payouts as efficiently and transparently as possible.

Thank you for reporting this.

We are aware that, in rare cases, dashboard data (such as CR metrics) may temporarily display inconsistencies due to synchronization delays or system updates.

This does not affect actual trading activity, account performance, or payout eligibility, as all calculations are ultimately based on verified platform data from MT5.

Our technical team continuously monitors and improves the dashboard to ensure accuracy and stability, and any temporary discrepancies are usually resolved quickly.

If you experience recurring issues, we recommend contacting our support team with screenshots and timestamps so we can investigate the specific case in detail.

We appreciate your feedback; it helps us improve the platform.

Their spread on XAUUSD is very bad, it used to be 20 and 30 but it’s now it 88 and can jump to 120. They broker commission can even go as far as them taking $10 or more per trade. This is an intentional way to fail traders

Thank you for raising this point.

It’s important to clarify that spreads and commissions on instruments such as XAUUSD are not fixed values and are not controlled manually by OFP.

They are determined by market conditions, liquidity providers, volatility, and session dynamics.

For XAUUSD in particular, spread fluctuations are common during:
high volatility periods,
macroeconomic news releases,
low-liquidity sessions,
or rapid price movements.

In such conditions, spreads can widen significantly across most brokers and trading infrastructures, sometimes temporarily exceeding typical averages.

This is a market-wide phenomenon, not a firm-specific intervention.

Regarding commissions, the values applied to accounts are transparently defined in the product specifications and contract terms. They are calculated automatically by the trading platform and are not adjusted on a per-trader basis.

The suggestion that spreads or commissions are manipulated to “fail traders” is incorrect. OFP has no operational or economic incentive to disadvantage disciplined traders; on the contrary, long-term profitability depends on successful traders operating within the rules.

If you believe the spreads or commissions on your account were abnormal, our technical team can review:
tick-by-tick price data,
spread history,
execution logs,
and account-specific metrics.

We encourage traders to differentiate between market-driven dynamics and intentional wrongdoing. Professional trading environments are inherently affected by liquidity and volatility, especially on instruments like gold.

We remain available to review any concrete data and provide full transparency.

Poor communication after withdrawal requestnce to help…

I am sharing my experience to help other traders make an informed decision.

I currently have an active account with this prop firm and submitted a withdrawal request. Since then, I have sent multiple emails from the email address associated with my trading account, but I have not received any response.

To test their communication, I contacted them from a different email address as a potential new client. They replied to that email, but still ignored all emails related to my withdrawal request.
This raises concerns about transparency and post-payout support.
At this stage, the main issue is not the payout itself, but the lack of communication once a withdrawal is

Thank you for sharing your experience.

We understand that waiting for updates on a withdrawal request can be frustrating, and we’d like to clarify how our communication and review process works.

First, emails related to payouts and compliance are handled by a dedicated risk and finance team, not by the general sales or onboarding team. This means that messages sent from a “new client” email may receive faster responses because they are processed by a different department, while payout-related requests require verification and are reviewed through a separate workflow.

This does not indicate that payout requests are being ignored, but rather that they undergo additional checks before a formal response is issued.

Second, withdrawal requests are subject to standard verification procedures, which may include:
risk and rule compliance checks,
account activity validation,
technical review of trading data,
and queue-based processing during high-volume periods.

In some cases, this can delay direct replies, but it does not affect the legitimacy of the request or the outcome of the review.

We also want to clarify that OFP has no interest in reducing communication after a payout request. On the contrary, transparent and structured processes are essential for maintaining fairness across all traders.

If your request is still pending, we encourage you to contact support with your account ID and ticket number so we can ensure your case is reviewed by the appropriate team.

We remain committed to clear communication and fair evaluation for all traders.

Thank you for sharing your experience.

We would like to clarify an important point regarding platform availability and account reinstatement.

Like all MT5-based infrastructures, our servers may occasionally experience temporary technical disruptions due to upstream providers, network issues, or scheduled maintenance.

While rare, such events can affect order execution or connectivity. Our technical team monitors these situations in real time and works to restore normal operations as quickly as possible.

However, it is important to distinguish between technical incidents and account eligibility.

The restoration of platform services does not automatically imply that an account will be reinstated. Account status is determined by risk and compliance criteria based on verified trading data, not solely on technical events.

In cases where market exposure exists during periods of instability, trades are still subject to market risk and platform rules. Losses or profits resulting from open positions cannot be retroactively adjusted unless there is clear evidence of a system-level malfunction directly affecting order execution, which must be confirmed through platform logs.

Regarding communication with support:
our team may acknowledge technical issues while an investigation is ongoing, but final decisions are made only after a full review of account activity and system data.

We understand that such situations can be frustrating, but accusations of intentional misconduct do not reflect the reality of how professional trading infrastructures operate.

If you believe your case was affected by a genuine technical malfunction, we encourage you to submit your account ID and trade logs through official support channels so our technical team can review the incident in detail.

OFP remains committed to transparency, platform stability, and fair treatment of all traders.

OFP - rules are not very clear. They said no limit for lot size but every time when we want to increase the lot size * multiple by 3.5 in this case out lot size will be very big. Thank you for your feedback.

We understand that some aspects of risk management can appear unclear at first, so we’d like to clarify an important point.

While there is no fixed maximum lot size, trading activity is still evaluated based on overall risk exposure, position sizing, trade concentration, and consistency.

Increasing lot size by a large multiple can significantly change risk behavior, even if no explicit lot cap exists. In such cases, accounts may be flagged for review because the risk profile no longer aligns with the intended account parameters.

Regarding the waiting period between similar trades, there is no universal rule requiring a fixed time delay. However, certain repetitive trading patterns may trigger risk checks if they resemble prohibited behaviors or abnormal execution patterns. These controls are designed to protect both the firm and traders, not to introduce hidden rules.

We agree that clarity is essential, and we continuously work on improving documentation and communication around risk frameworks and trading conditions.

If you have specific examples, our support team will be happy to review them and provide precise explanations.

We strongly reject the claim that OFP is a fraudulent company.

OFP operates with transparent rules, documented risk frameworks, and verifiable trading infrastructure. Payout decisions are based on objective data from MT5 logs, risk metrics, and rule compliance; not arbitrary judgment.

We process payouts daily and work with thousands of traders worldwide. A company built on fraud would not be able to operate sustainably or maintain long-term relationships with profitable traders.

We understand that payout denials can be frustrating, but disagreement with a rule-based decision does not equate to fraud.

Thank you for sharing your experience.

We understand that seeing a “rejected” status without immediate clarification can be confusing and frustrating. However, it is important to clarify that dashboard status updates and confirmation emails do not always appear simultaneously.

In some cases, payout requests are temporarily marked as “rejected” while a review is still in progress or when additional verification is required. This does not necessarily represent a final decision, nor does it imply that a payout has been denied without reason.

Regarding email communication, payout-related requests are handled by a dedicated risk and finance team. During periods of high request volume, responses may take longer than usual, but they are not ignored.

We encourage you to contact our support team with your account ID and payout request details so we can verify the status of your case and provide a precise update.

We understand that delays can be frustrating, but they are part of a structured verification process designed to ensure fairness and accuracy across all accounts.

OFP remains committed to transparency and reliable payout procedures.

Spreads and commissions are determined by market conditions and liquidity providers, not manually set on a per-trader basis. On instruments with higher volatility or lower liquidity, spreads can widen temporarily, which is a normal market behavior.

Commission structures are transparently defined in our product specifications and apply equally to all traders. They are part of standard trading costs across most professional trading environments.

Are you people still trying to play…

Are you people still trying to play with these scammers? You will not ever get your payout.
This is a scam fake company with not even exist registration in House of Companies, despite they pretend upon their registration office address in Brighton - they are scam. They just collect your stupid payments.
Bunch of fraudsters and scammers, so called OFP Funding requested "additional information about my experience"))))))
Here is one I posted in August last year

OFP is absolute scam. Stay away

I advise not to trust and never spend a cent or penny for this so-called "company". All their policy is absolute and overwhelming scam. They will not pay you your hard earned money . They will shift to any side about their "rules" which will be invented "on the spot", so that not to carry out pay out.
They will bombard you with their promos to buy their "200K" or "300K" accounts day by day. Those promos are fake. Example- they sending out circular about somebody named "Summy" allegedly received $4430 and in a two days another one like "Top pay outs last 2 weeks $1161, $1272, $1095".
Immediately comes up a question : where to, disappeared pay out for Summy $4430??? made two days before?
Everything is scam.
For those who choses their "2week pay out"- never dream, you will not get to payment day inconsistency score less than 20% - this will be the reason to decline your pay out and "delay" to next (nobody knows what means "next") payment day.
I could say a lot about fraudsters hiding behind "OFP funding" but it will take a lot of time write it down.
Do not be naïve, do not trust them, do not pay them otherwise you will trivially loose money.
Better of just declare them as a scammers on the scam report website.

So, 1 day later, that means yesterday (22.08.2025), this bunch of scammers through this platform made a request about my review above for the " for more details to better understand your experience". In this request they (just imagine, bunch of scammers REQUESTS from me "reference number (which is not exist) full name (despite it is shown in review) and my phone number). At the end of the "request" clearly written "If we don’t hear from you, the company may not be able to recognize your review as genuine".
Actually the gang of fraudsters/thieves demands from me to show my pockets out, so that I could to prove I am not a thief, otherwise "company may not be able to recognize your review as genuine"
They are not a legit company , their registration in HMRC House of Companies is not exist, their specified British addresses are fake (in Brighton one bed empty room, and in London- address for the PO Box).
A little later I will post here addresses of the offices where you scammed traders may declare them.
Scammed hopes, scammed dreams of the people who paid them their money should not be forgiven

For the last point to mention- bunch of scammers hiding behind so-called OFP Funding trying to remove this my review.
"You’ve written a review for OFP Funding, and they’ve asked for more details to better understand your experience.
Just a reminder that you have 2 days left to provide more information or your review may be taken offline".
This is all you need to know about "OFP funding" and realise who they are.

We categorically reject the accusations made in this review, which contain multiple factual inaccuracies and unsupported claims.

First, OFP Funding is a legitimate company operating under documented legal and commercial structures. Public corporate information, business addresses, and operational data are verifiable through official records and contractual documentation. Claims about “non-existent registration” are incorrect and appear to be based on misunderstandings of corporate structures rather than factual evidence.

Second, allegations that OFP “never pays traders” are demonstrably false.
OFP processes payouts on a daily basis and maintains long-term relationships with thousands of traders worldwide. Payout records are supported by platform-level data, contractual terms, and verified trading activity. A business model based on systematically denying payouts would not be sustainable and does not reflect our operational reality.

Third, the claim that rules are “invented on the spot” is inaccurate.
All trading conditions, risk limits, and payout criteria are published in advance and agreed upon at the time of purchase. Updates to policies are communicated and applied prospectively, not retroactively. Disagreement with a rule-based decision does not imply that rules were created arbitrarily.

Regarding the request for additional information on Trustpilot:
it is standard practice for companies to ask for account identifiers when a review contains serious allegations. This is not intimidation, but a necessary step to verify whether a review relates to an actual trading account. Without basic identifiers, it is impossible to investigate claims objectively.
The suggestion that promotional communications or payout announcements are “fake” is also incorrect. Marketing materials and payout highlights reflect real trading activity, subject to privacy and data protection policies.

Finally, we note that this review relies heavily on emotional language and generalized accusations rather than verifiable facts. Serious claims such as “fraud” or “scam” require evidence, not assumptions.

OFP remains committed to transparency, documented risk frameworks, and fair treatment of disciplined traders.
If the author of this review wishes to have their case examined objectively, we invite them to provide their account details through official support channels so that the situation can be reviewed based on factual data rather than speculation.

We understand that seeing a payout status change without an immediate explanation can be frustrating. However, payout decisions are never made without reason. Each request goes through a structured review process, and the official explanation is provided once the compliance and risk checks are finalized.

In some cases, the dashboard status may update before the detailed email is issued. This can create a temporary gap in communication, which is why our support team may ask you to wait until the review is completed and the formal explanation is sent.
This does not mean your case is being ignored, but that it is still under verification.

If you have not yet received the clarification email, we recommend contacting support with your account ID and ticket number so the team can provide an update on the status of your review.
We remain committed to transparent, rule-based evaluations and clear communication with our traders.

We understand that waiting for a payout review can be frustrating, especially after significant time and effort invested in trading.

However, payout requests are not processed automatically and are never “held” without reason. Each request goes through a structured verification process that includes risk analysis, compliance checks, and technical validation of trading activity.

The message that your request is “being processed” is not generic in the sense of avoidance, but reflects that the review is still ongoing. In cases involving larger profit amounts or multiple accounts, the verification process can take longer due to the depth of analysis required to ensure fairness and consistency across all traders.

It is also important to clarify that profitability alone does not guarantee payout eligibility. The evaluation focuses not only on results, but on how those results were achieved in relation to the rules agreed at the time of purchase.

If your request has been pending since the date mentioned, we encourage you to contact our support team with your account ID and ticket number so your case can be reviewed with priority and a more precise update can be provided.

OFP processes payouts on a continuous basis and remains committed to transparent, rule-based evaluations and fair treatment of disciplined traders.

Refused payouts despite full compliance

I am sharing my experience after two payout requests were refused, despite my efforts to fully comply with the firm’s rules.

The first payout was declined due to missing higher-timeframe bias confirmation. I accepted this feedback and adjusted my process accordingly.

Less than a month later, I reached another payout of around $1,600 and submitted a detailed strategy explanation video (about 7 minutes). The purpose of the video was to verbally clarify anything that might not be clear on the charts. However, the stop-loss logic was the most visually clear element in the video, as it was consistently placed based on the same structural logic across all trades, without variation.

For this reason, I did not verbally over-explain the stop-loss, as it was already fully demonstrated on the charts in a consistent and repetitive manner. Despite this, the payout was refused due to “insufficient clarity” regarding stop-loss reasoning, without referencing any specific trade, timestamp, or rule violation.

I have requested trade-specific clarification multiple times, but have not received concrete or objective feedback.

I am not disputing the firm’s right to review payouts. My concern is the subjective evaluation of explanations when the logic is clearly and consistently demonstrated visually.

All documentation is preserved, and I remain open to a transparent reassessment.

Updated :

Thank you for the clarification.
My concern remains the same: decisions are being made based on aggregated behavioral assessments without providing trade-level, verifiable references that a trader can objectively address or improve upon.
I fully respect the firm’s right to review payouts. However, when payout outcomes depend on explanation clarity rather than documented rule violations, the process becomes inherently non-replicable from the trader’s perspective.
I have provided consistent, visually and structurally documented risk logic across all trades, and remain open to any transparent, trade-specific reassessment should the firm choose to provide one.
I will leave this review as-is to allow others to form their own conclusions.

Thank you for explaining your experience in detail.

We appreciate the effort you put into adapting your trading process and providing documentation. However, it is important to clarify that payout reviews are not based solely on visual consistency on charts or general explanations of strategy.

When a strategy explanation is requested, the purpose is not only to confirm that a method exists, but to verify that risk decisions—such as stop-loss placement, position sizing, and trade execution—are clearly defined, consistently applied, and objectively justifiable at the trade level. In some cases, what appears visually consistent on charts may still require explicit clarification to confirm that the logic is systematic rather than discretionary.

The absence of trade-specific references in a response does not imply subjectivity. Reviews are based on aggregated platform data and behavioral patterns, and feedback may focus on structural issues rather than individual trades.

We also want to clarify that requesting further clarification does not mean that a trader acted in bad faith or that the firm is seeking reasons to deny payouts. It reflects the need to apply the same verification standards to all accounts.

We understand that this process can feel subjective from a trader’s perspective, and we continuously work on improving the clarity of our communication. If you would like your case to be reassessed, our risk team remains available to review your account data and provide more detailed feedback through official channels.

OFP remains committed to transparent, data-driven evaluations and fair treatment of all traders.
