Worst experience ever.

I bought a 250w solar panel "including delivery" using the online website.

When no confirmation email for the order was sent I contacted them.

I was told the order was ready and I would need to drive 2 hours to collect it.

After many emails and phone calls trying to get them to understand I had paid for delivery as well they finally agreed to send it, but not before informing my credit card company there seems to be an issue.

When it arrived it was damaged and in my opinon it was because instead of it arriving in the original box with the standard protection you would expect.
It was packed using at least 5 old cut up boxes one from amazon taped together to try to create 1 box with 1 sheet of bubblewrap over the glass. They had even stuck brown tape directly to the panel. unbelievable.

I have sent photos of the damage to the frame and for them to make a claim although I feel this is not the fault of the courier.

The company have said they will not replace or refund until they hear about their claim. So I guess this is being held to ransom, they have the money and I have a broken solar panel.

I had no option but to tell my credit card company lets see what happens next.

Their claim was paid in full by the courier and I was told I could only have a refund if I removed this
true and honest review. That was the last time I heard from this company.

I then provided all the coms and photos as evidence to my card company who on the 16th March agreed I with me and fully refunded my payment.
