The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced, brought my daughter gold beads for Xmas and been given the silver ones bearing in mind the gold are £30 more expensive than the silver, have reached out multiple times and had no response, messages on there Instagram too only to get my comments blocked, not sure why they can’t just respond and sort out an exchange or refund the £30 difference!! So frustrating and unprofessional would not buy from here again poor poor service for an overpriced item!!

If i could give one star i would. Payed 170€ in total and then was charged 50€ for custom fees. The bracelets came like i got them off shein. In a clear bad quality bag and we’re held together by stings🙄 so overpriced and would not buy again

Beautiful Brackets
Brackets are absolutely stunning . My only comment is these were a gift and they don’t come in any gift box and there is no option to add one. Given they are expensive, I do think there should be a box. I have messaged OG and they are taking my comments on board. So great customer service too ! Definitely would buy them for myself as they are beautiful.
