They are a scam, we paid them around $30k AUD over two years ago. We have spent hours of work and effort doing what they have told us to do and we have not had one sale. They have gone right up to the last stage of putting in a tiny order but then never paid the invoice. They are unprofessional in how they operate but once you pay them you think you have to do what they say. I also thought it might be cultural differences but it is obvious now that they are a highly organised and long running scam that has stung many brands. We have lost the money and many hours of paid working time for our staff.
