Best brand for comfort and chic styles
I absolutely adore this line of clothing. They are by far the most attractive yet comfortable clothing. They wash very well and pack beautifully. I get so many compliments on the style. My favorite brand for work and/or every day. I highly recommend.

Forgiving fabrics and very flattering fit
I have purchased four or five different items from this company and find the quality to be exceptional, especially for the price. The fabric makes the fit very forgiving, and the cut makes the fit very flattering, in my opinion. Everything that I have purchased from them is extremely comfortable without looking like sweatpants. Review after wearing for 2 months
Update as of March 2: OGL immediately reached out after leaving the review below and initially asked that I take down the review in exchange for a refund. Instead I offered that they send another set and I would leave an updated review in two months. I receive the new set and will keep everyone posted. The customer support team was very kind and wanted to make the situation right.
I really wanted to like this brand and had high hopes since I work from home. After two months of wearing this maybe once every two weeks and washing, I hate to report but the material just doesn't hold up well. The color is already fading and looks dull and has a light pills. For what I paid, it's not worth it. I'm sad I won't be buying more from them.

Bonnie saved the day
Honestly I was having the very worst experience when I received two items that were not as they should be. One was damaged and the other was sized very wrong. I spent a week back and forth with several people offering me discounts or credits and then someone else would respond with another offer, but all I wanted was to be done with the items and the company. Bonnie finally responded and after a few back and forth emails, helped me with a refund and later a very easy exchange on my next order.
I can’t recommend anyone else who didn’t help me. I’m only happy about the help Bonnie provided. She was really on top of it, responded quickly and effectively.

Never recieved the item i payed for
The product i recieved was too big, i was asked ti pay another £7 to have another shipped to me and ive still not recieved it. Ive gone to the tracking and it states its been delivered. But ive recieved nothing so now im another £7 down. Dont think ill be ordering off here again.

Customer service not responding
I have some pieces which are great. My latest order though had status “returned to sender” after it never left the airport of origin. Tried to contact customer service, no reply. Now the status is “order can’t be found”. Would be nice to either get my order or money back… update, they just replied.

Awesome Customer Service
I will say that there was some kind of shipping mix up initially. I reached out to customer service because my tracking wasn't getting updated and my shipment hadn't shown up after 2+ weeks, and they offered to either give me a refund or re-ship to me. I asked them to re-ship because I was really anxious to try their clothes. Then both shipments showed up! Customer service was so friendly and helpful, and the clothes are great quality, and I love that the packaging is plastic free. I'm really impressed and looking forward to trying more of their clothes.

All good but the return process is wonky
Very disappointed with return process. Cannot be harder. Write the email, wait for the answer for more than week, send the item and pay postal fee by yourself. Send the email with the tracking No. Now I'm waiting for the refund longer that 1 month. Now one replied me on 2 emails. The pair of trousers costs over 60 euros, not the cheapest stuff.
UPD. Thanks to Customer service I've found the return transaction finally, it wasn't reflected in bank app, only in detailed statement . So, I’m raising stars in my review.

Very Happy with Product Quality, Size and Shipping
I ordered for the first time and although I checked the reviews I was not sure. I ordered the 2 pice Fuzzluxe Pants set and I just received the item and I am very pleased. Its looks just like the photo shown on their site. It fits well - I am a size 8-10 M petite and it fits perfet except I am a bit round in my midsection so, its a little bit snug there...overall happy with the fit. The fabric is really nice, its soft, warm and thick and appears breathable (I havnt worn it yet). I ordered the color morganite and I love the color more like a wheat color. I think the beige and gray should be really nice too... tempted to place another order. They are true to their shipping time (standard US 9-12 days) I placed the ordered on 1/31 and received it on 2/10. There are frequent updates re status of order. Overall 5 Star.

High quality clothing designed for comfort and functionality
I've made several clothing purchases from OGL, mainly warmer clothing for the colder months. The clothes are made very well and designed for comfort (soft fabrics and stretchy waist bands) and functionality (pockets). Their customer service is excellent (very responsive) for exchanges.

My order never arrived and they never refunded or reshipped. Losing my packages was an issue with USPS but OGLmove did not make it right. I’m still out $500 on a Nov. 2025 order. There has been no reply by email and there is no phone number for customer service. Very frustrating.
