Amazing quality

High quality clothes, return is a bit complicated
The clothes are obviously high quality and the fabrics look & feel wonderful. The company keeps you updated on the shipping. One of the items (out of 4) did not fit and I requested a return. The return process is different from other companies, wherein there is someone who gets back to you specifically and offers options. The company does not pay for return of package , but since the return address was in the same country it should be relatively reasonable. I chose the option of recieving a gift certificate , because overall I liked the quality and designs. The 1 star is removed for the time it takes to get the refund / return rganized and that they dont offer a simpler return process like all others.

Great products & Easy and Friendly Service!
I'm really happy with my purchases, the fit and comfort is great plus I appreciate the slimming affect of both the tops and the pants.
Despite having to have made an exchange, it was super easy and Bonnie, from client services, was super friendly and responsive.
I look forward to future purchases, thanks for a pleasant and easy client experience!

the products are of very good quality and customerservice (Bonnie) responds very fast. She helped me after I received a top with a different color than I ordered. she responded kindly, offered to replace it with the right color and gave me a discount code for a future purchase too. 10/10 recommend their product and their customerservice
