Customer service is horrible no body responds to emails , we have not received our 5-6 months box but got charged , the 1-4 box was also delayed and i had to pay extra to get it honestly not sure why you call it a subscription if i have to run after you , totally disappointed with the service

It is a scam. They suscribe you without your consent to the next products.

We really liked the toys, it’s a shame I subscribed after 10 months of my baby, I would have liked to get all the playkits, while my baby was growing up.

The products are beautiful, well thought for the age of the baby. The high quality of the toys made in wood, remembers me of the old times good toys. The fact that I don’t have to think of buying every time different toys because the baby is growing is very relaxing.
Speed of delivery is just perfect!

We are happy with the boxes! Beautiful durable materials and well targeted at age. My daughter learns while playing and is well challenged.

The toys are great and really look at the development of the child. These are our kids most liked toys. I had a problem with payment and customer service was a little slow but was able to fix the problem in the end.
Very friendly. Started subscription at birth and is now 27 months old, he still loves these. Even the boxes he has "outgrown" are still being played with.

Toys are really nice and the fact that they are made of wooden makes them unique. However you can not change what is in the box, so if you happen to have a similar toy already, you will end up having a duplicare.

We absolutely love our Oh my baby toys subscription they are perfectly adapted for each age group, nicely finished and really cleverly designed. We have started at age 0 and still going now at 24month +
We really appreciate the expansion as well now providing activities for kids up to 36 months.

The toys are nice but it soon became too much. Tried to cancel the subscription in my account and got the confirmation that my subscription was canceled. At least so I though, because a month later they charged me for another play box and sent it. Contacted the customer service and they canceled the subscription for me. BUT I opened my email this evening to discover that they AGAIN send me a playbox. The customer service is very slow and it seems impossible to cancel your subscription. To be completely honest I'm just done at this point. Do yourself a favor and never subscribe to their play boxes because you cannot seem to ever cancel them.

They subsrcibe and charge without notification. Terrible company, not customer friendly at all. How this is even possible in kids products business?
