Great service and beautiful handles!

I absolutely love the handles I got from Ohandle! I bought them to match everything in the house: kitchen, wardrobes and bathroom. The shipping is very fast and the customer friendly is super friendly. Highly recommend!

Hi Nicholas,

we have checked with manufacturer and they they have confirmed with us that those handles you have purchased with us are made of 201 stainless steel.

If it's Alluminium, the price would be more expensive.

There are two types of stainless steel t bars in the market, one is hollow and one is solid. You can avoid making a wrong purchase by looking at the WEIGHT information.

Of course, if you would like to make a purchase for solid version, you can contact us and we can do a quote for you.

The handles are exactly what I wanted

The handles are exactly what I wanted. I was sent 6 of the wrong size I contacted Danny and he promptly sent me the correct ones. I sent back the wrong ones. Such great customer service would highly recommend this company. Thankyou

Happy customer

I needed help to place my order because I couldn’t find the knobs I needed on the website and Danny sent me the link. He admitted he sent me the wrong link after I told him I got the wrong knobs. He offered free postage if I place another order for the right knobs, a very inadequate response. He insists that it is my responsibility, the customer has to accept responsibility for what they order etc. and that he has done nothing wrong. Very disappointed Danny. You know it was you that made the mistake. If you can’t send the right information then please don’t.

Note 18 July: Danny has since offered to send me the right knobs if I take down my review. Danny, if you had done the right thing there would be no bad review. I don’t see anything in your terms and conditions that says refunds and returns only if you don’t leave a bad albeit truthful review!

Note 4 August: I have finally received the knobs, at no charge including postage. Thank you for accepting your responsibilities Danny.

Note 19 January: My handles are now installed on my kitchen cupboards and they look beautiful. They are the perfect colour match to my tap. Danny was so helpful and kindly offered to pay for the return post for the incorrect colour knobs that I received. Thank you Ohandles and thank you Danny for your service.

We appreciate you reaching out to us regarding your recent order, and we apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. We understand that there have been some misunderstandings and errors throughout the process, and we deeply regret any frustration caused.

To provide some context, on 10th March 2023, you placed your first order for 6 Knobs Chifley in brushed brass along with 4 handles. However, following your email requesting brushed nickel knobs instead, we promptly shared a link with you, allowing you to approve the change to brushed nickel knobs. Once we received your approval, we dispatched the brushed nickel knobs accordingly.

On 21st June 2023, you shared a screenshot of your previous online order, which was placed on 10th March 2023. In your communication, you expressed a desire to return 4 handles and exchange them for 7 knobs based on the details provided in the screenshot. Although our standard return policy allows for a 30-day window, we decided to accommodate your request as a courtesy and accepted this arrangement in your favor.

Furthermore, on 25th June 2023, you placed an order using the product link we provided. It is important to note that both the product image and description clearly indicated brushed brass knobs. Despite this information, you proceeded with the order for brushed brass knobs instead of the desired brushed nickel knobs.

Most recently, on 1st July 2023, you contacted us via SMS and expressed your disappointment in receiving brushed brass knobs instead of the brushed nickel knobs you were expecting. Recognizing the mistake, we promptly agreed to resend the correct brushed nickel knobs at our expense, covering the postage fees. However, we understand that you disagree with this resolution and believe that we should also cover the costs of your return postage.

We want to assure you that we have made every effort to address and resolve this issue. As a customer service-oriented company, we genuinely apologize for any negative experience you may have had during this purchase process.

We value your satisfaction and appreciate your understanding throughout this ordeal. Please let us know how we can further assist you in resolving this matter and ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Incredible service from ohandle.
I received my order in 2 working days.
Customer service was excellent. Danny phoned me to let me know some of my order was not in stock. Then he helped me to find another handle to work in with my order.
