I purchased a ceiling light fixture with a 2-day ship. I had a restricted time frame to receive the light because I had a technician coming out who was already scheduled. 4 days later, I did not receive the light. I called, they forgot to put the order in. I didn't have any communication from them at all. As of right now, I'm still waiting for the light fixture which hopefully will come but will be too late to be installed. If I don't receive it in a reasonable time I will have to call back and request a refund. I will never deal with them again.

SUCKY customer service!!!! AWESOME products!! If they JUST would have ANSWERED my call and question and NOT hung up on me A COUPLE of times, I'd SO give them 5 stars. BE warey of measurements posted online ... and PLEASE don't try to ask about them! I was correct in what I thought about the fitter measurements ...luckily - cuz it's an awesome product (that's available at Home Depot!). Sorry - I really tried to make it work - but you totally ignored me!

Excellent and timely service. The only thing that would have been better is if the item was glass but because these fixtures are at least 30+ years old, no one seems to carry the parts. Fortunately, the acrylic product looks like the glass ones. But I purchased the last one.

I ordered four globes for the lights on an overhead fan. This was my first order from Oh Bulbs. One of the globes was slightly defective and I could not get it to fit.

I called Oh Bulbs and they shipped a replacement right away.

I would definitely order from them again.

The shade took 3 weeks and showed up with a label that is a huge pain to get off and there are black spots on the amber glass shade. not very impressed. also I don't remember reading anything about the bottom being enclosed.

I ordered 4 simple glass replacement shades for my bathroom light fixtures. No other store or site had exactly what I was looking for. OhBulbs.com had what I wanted and for much cheaper than the shades at the other stores. I was worried they would break during shipping, but they arrived in perfect condition. I can't believe what a difference the replacements made in updating my bathroom and for so cheap. I am very happy and would definitely order again!
