This website is a SCAM DON'T USE IT. They are sooo soo criminal. Apparently, my dress was "destroyed" at my request even though I NEVER received it. Total SCAM.
Biggest scam, they use different pictures than the real cloths and no return at all, return portal is down , the whole website is scam
This merchant online return portal is not available, online contact phone number is wrong, I can not make a call, only contact them from email, the customer service ask me to have partial payment refund and insist to tell me returning shipping too expensive and asked me what percentage I am requesting refund. I order this dress online, three of them does not fit me, and quality is very bad too, they are brand new, no wear at all, on website says we can return in 21 day with full refund, now they tell me to get partial refund, also you can not find return address on the website, this is the worst company you want to deal with, stay away from them, you are waiting your money at a big time
All this clothing items are CHEAP. All made in CHINA with terrible quality fabrics!!
We bought some dresses from the website for $400 total and it says that we can return any items at all.
They sent us the wrong dresses first of all.
We message customer service and they start giving excuses on why they can’t process a return.
Started offering 10% refund or a 30% off coupon for a future purchase.
We said that we didn’t want any of that and we want our money back. And they said that we can send it back and pay for shipping. We have 21 days to return the item from the day we receive it.
To expedite an order back to China, it costs $300.
Don’t use this awful scam website!!!
I really cannot recommend ohcici enough. First of all, the dresses they make are classy and incredible quality. ohcici keep making your beautiful dress because I’ll be back to buy more 😀😃😄
