I love their clothes so much but unfortunately they just don’t accommodate for people with larger chests. Their clothes are very much catered to people whose body types match those of the models. I’ve bought from these many times before but I’ve had to return most of my orders as the dresses just don’t fit people who have a stockier build.

Ordered a gorgeous two piece outfit for a wedding and realised there was a stain on it after the returns date had passed. They were very empathetic and offered that I could send it back and order a new one. They were quick to respond to me via email and very kind and helpful. Also delivery was very quick and their products are very good quality.

I got a gorgeous red dress recently from oh hello it was a perfect fit and so detailed. Thinking of buying my second debs dress from this website as I was so happy with the first one.

I have bought from there a few times and every time the quality of the clothes have been exceptional, shipping is always quick and customer service is spot on. Will only buy from here for occasion wear!

The dress was damaged on arrival but didn't realise until day of wear which is v.disappointing but can happen. There was absolutely no responsibility taken by the company when actually the dress was fit for the bin after 1 wear. Disgraceful customer service & Very poor quality.

Although the USPS tracking number stated that my order has been delivered, I never received it. I contacted the company and they did absolutely nothing to help. I ordered three dresses and was so excited to receive them.
Now I lost my money and the dresses never arrived.

I have been looking for a dress for my sisters wedding for months and Oh Hello was the last hope. I have ordered particular dress and at first got really upset as I received the wrong order and time was running out. But contacting support was best experience I ever had, they clearly understood that it was urgent and helped very quickly with shipping of the correct dress. Perfect quality, color, fitting true to size. Thanks particularly to Kim in the support team. They handled situation so well and happy to buy next time I need clothing for special occasions!

I have ordered 3 dresses from oh hello, the dress quality is amazing, 10/10 recommend they have such a large selection of beautiful dresses available! I will continue to order wedding guest dresses from here! I have also spoke to a couple of ladies through email and instagram they are always so helpful and lovely!

Nothing but amazing!

I purchased a dress for my bridal shower. The dress was truly beautiful and elegant.

This dress is beautiful the material and colour is lovely it’s very flattering on (size 10 true to size) It is for my daughter’s graduation ball and she’s really happy and excited to be wearing it. The delivery was very quick and hassle free. Will definitely look to order again from oh hello !

I loved the dresses I got to keep. I sent a few back because I wasn't planning on keeping all of them anyway. I had an issue with shipping over seas, but the girl, Jess, who helped me was fantastic. She was quick with her responses and e-mailed me a label super fast to be able to help me. Great customer service!!!

very fast delivery, very kind and very helpful. Even though I had some problems with my address, they were very informative and helped me right away! The dress was great, exactly like the photo! unfortunately the zipper on the dress got blocked after a few days and I had to break it, from the beginning I had some problems with the zipper but I think it was just a problem with the particular dress. That's why I'm removing a star. Anyway, I fixed it and I am able to wear it again! I would definitely buy from there again!

Super fast delivery! Quality of dresses very good. Didn’t keep dresses as they didn’t suit me but overall very happy with service. Got my money back very quick too. One star deducted for return fee.

Would not order from this company again. Nothing wrong with item ordered just didn’t suit, the problem is returning the item!! Returns are an absolute pain, returned via Royal Mail and cost £9 to return. Do not order unless you are sure you’re keeping the item!
