Don’t fall for it
Don’t fall for it - the item I ordered took weeks to arrive and it wasn’t even made of real tartan. Just cheap fabric, the skirt was sent from china , some kind of fashion nova type place. £70 wasted 👍🏻

Oh Hey Girl is a terrible website which is basically a scam. I stupidly ordered a dress that I saw advertised on a Facebook pop up. The dress cost £60 - guess what! No dress. No refund!! Very annoyed.
Go to PayPal (if you paid through PayPal) and get money back! They deleted their website and never respond your email or whatever!
I ordered from Ohheygirl 6 months ago and still didn’t received anything. When you try to contact them by email then either answer 1 week after or they don’t answer because you want a refund. This is the worst online shopping I have ever seen in addition of having bad quality clothes.
I have been trying for months to contact the team with a complaint. After multiple emails I have received no solution to my missing order.
From the records the order was dispatched on the 26 August and delivered with RPX. I was directed to RPX after querying this ‘delivery’ with OhHeyGirl, as this was not correct - I had not received the order at all. After multiple calls with RPX they directed me back to OhHeyGirl. The postcode RPX have attached to the tracking number is not my postcode. They cannot tell me where it has been delivered due to data protection laws but they can confirm that it is NOT my address as given - an error on OhHeyGirl’s part. As the error is with the merchant side, RPX have said that I must contact them to address the error.
After multiple follow ups with OhHeyGirl’s info email address, speaking with Jennifer - I have heard no more on the issue - no solution, no item, and no refund of my money spent.
Appalling.
@ohheygirlstore Hey I’ve been trying to get information on my order #17816! I ordered 4 weeks ago! I’m going to have to dispute my paypal payment if I don’t get an answer from your team.. I’ve written “info@ ohheygirlstore.com” (without the space) several times with no response! Please help!
Zero stars . This company are not clear about the shipping costs / delivery charges. Left with expensive bill from TNT and cheap quality clothing from China.
Worst online shopping experience. I ordered a blouse that was highly advertised (thanks influencers) and it turned out directly from the factory in China, in a broken plastic bag and with a plastic feeling to the touch indicating low quality. It didn't even have a care label showing the composition and the item was also faulty (the buttons couldn't close properly). I complained to Oh Hey Girl and Jennifer offered to refund me. I sent the blouse back via Royal Mail who allegedly lost my package (the tracking didn't show it was delivered to the warehouse so it's assumed to be lost). I filed a complaint and Royal Mail is not refunding me because the merchant is not responding to their letters to confirm they didn't receive the package. I emailed several times and no response. Do not buy from this brand.

My first order was cancelled after three weeks wait because they suddenly were out of stock. Waited 10 weeks to receive my new order. They wrote my phone number wrong so the delivery service couldn’t deliver the package to me. Emailed Oh Hey Girl to check up on my lost package. They said that I had requested to pick up the parcel my self and that was the reason why my parcel haven’t arrived yet and the they couldn’t help me further. That was not true. I requested Home Delivery. I was now alone the sort out where my parcel was and how to get it. After many calls to DHL they delivered my parcel, but I had to go through a identity “check-up” because they couldn’t confirm that I was the right recipient because Oh Hey Girl wrote my phone number wrong....
The sizes are difficult to figure out. I’m a size EU38/M and the OHG- M sizes are a bit too small for me.

I had to wait a very long time for my order. About 10 weeks
But the goods received completely satisfied me. I ordered a suit.
It is not badly made and the fabric is pleasant in quality.
Perhaps I will order again. But I would like to get faster delivery.
Biggest scam of a company out there. If you see your favourite influencers advertising them, don't buy into it. This company is a "drop-ship" meaning their items are cheap from china (likely aliexpress / taobao) and they purchase it from then and enter your address. You receive your items 6-8 weeks later and the items are cheaply made... So much so that my pants broke in 5 minutes.
These are not "desgined in london"... the owners Jade Douse and Symone Mills are con artists. I pray that the fashion industry will one day call these two girls out on their lies.

Bought my wife some clothes from here. She loves them. Took a while to arrive but no issues otherwise!

1. My order arrived 7 weeks after I purchased it
2. Four weeks after I ordered, they told me that on article was out of stock so they would refund me
3. THEY REFUNDED ME PARTIALLY (7 GBP less)
4. Six weeks after I ordered, they told me that another article was out of stock so they would refund me
5. No refund yet
7. I HAD TO PAY 30€ FOR CUSTOMS FROM SINGAPUR
6. Another article was missing when the package arrived
Also, very bad quality and so expensive.
I have invested so much time answering and sending mails and checking my bank account... Time is gold, don't lose it with them.
I hope someone closes their web site.

@ohheygirlstore . You re obviously a scam company . Found almost all your stolen design on Taobao for 1/10 of the price . Took you 1 months to ship me damaged shoes in a f**** plastic bag without any padding ! Want my 65 GBP back asap . Btw wandering why you deleted your instagram account

I figured with the number of followers they had, they were a legit company. Then I started digging and I found about 10 other companies selling the exact same clothing with the same photos. It's funny how the owners of Oh Hey Girl are advertising it as handmade and unique when really it's just cheap Chinese clothing. For starters, I wanted to see if the company was legit so I ordered 4 things. 2 things were charged to my card and I never received. I waited 3 months for the other things I ordered and figures- cheap materials, no label and not like the photos.
Coincidence that a week later my credit card was hacked and someone purchased thousands of dollars of goods with it? You decide.
I would be careful with this company. BTW I reached out through Instagram and received passive-aggressive responses and was blocked.

This is a dropship company. 100% scam, they are not "handmade/desgined" they are just imported from china.

This company is a joke just like Zaful & Chic Me. I went on an Instagram shopping haul and Oh Hey Girl was one of the companies I bought from. Just like all these other scamming sites, they pictures they use are copied from multiple korean sites. They order from AliExpress and have AliExpress send it directly to you. I read the blog on MiQi Online and they explain what these companies do, and how they make millions without even seeing the product in real life. Oh Hey Girl is one of them. They buy the clothing for 1/10 of the price they sell it so expensive that you think: Maybe this company is legit. WRONG!
What you get is literally the worst piece of material stitches together to make the most ugly replica of something. They are a scam. I waited over two months for 3 items and received BS. I spent over 400 USD!
Please, don't waste your money.
If you're looking for a store to buy from, check out MiQi Online. They're a little pricey compared these piece of crap stores (but cheaper than OH HEY GIRL), but the quality of their clothes is outstanding. And, their shipping time is 5 days. Mind you, that's FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE.
