New Albany Medical Campus Sleep Office

I would like to recognize the outstanding team at the New Albany Medical Campus Sleep Office and thank them for their exceptional kindness and customer service.

I had a scheduled appointment that I unfortunately missed, but when I called the office, they went above and beyond to help me. They were able to offer me another appointment the very same day, which I greatly appreciated.

From the moment I arrived, everyone treated me with kindness and respect. Justin at the downstairs front desk was welcoming and helpful, and Lisa, Amanda, and Beyona in the office were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. Dr. Amanda Tharp was wonderful as well—professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring.

It is rare to find an entire team that consistently provides such excellent service. I am very grateful for the positive experience and would gladly give all of them 5 stars. Thank you to everyone at the New Albany Medical Campus Sleep Office for making patients feel valued and cared for!

Response time for someone to respond to MyChart

Response time for someone to respond to your Mychart message is awful depending on the specialty or physician’s office. Most of my physicians and their staff are excellent with a reasonable response time but if it’s a staff member nurse or MA depending on who is responsible for this it’s absolutely absurd. Why should you have to leave several messages over a period of over a week or longer about the same question because no one responds. Since when is it ok for even a manager or supervisor not to return your call themselves when you’ve left them a message about no response from their staff when they don’t respond either. Has healthcare come to this where staff can ignore messages if they don’t want to deal with it? Sometimes all it takes is typing a quick response but half the time you can’t even get that. If they think this is all made up or blown out of proportion check the documentation in Mychart. Why do we have to write subpar reviews to get done what should have been done in the first place. This isn’t about quality of care but below standard communication from any person this applies to. THIS HAS BEEN A ONGOING ISSUE WITH MYCHART RESPONSE TIME for over a year and it’s time to move on.

You are an unfathomably kind, compassionate and serene man. I feel safe and well taken care of when I've received cardiac treatment at Ohio Health, Mansfield. I'm extremely grateful that I don't have to drive to Cleveland or Columbus to receive exemplary, quality cardiac treatment.

Thank you to the entire cardiac team for the sacrifices you've made and continue to make to serve our community. I pray blessings over the entire cardiac department. Please take care of yourselves. We need you! I heart Ohio Health. :)

AI phone calls identified as Rachel

Started to receive multiple phone calls today that were AI. I wasn't given the option to opt out of these and when I contacted Ohio Health I was told there was no way to stop them other than removing my phone number from their system. Patients should have the ability to opt out of these type of calls.

Went to Ohio health in Mansfield Ohio

Went to Ohio health in Mansfield Ohio. Cause of pain in calf and achellies tendon pain extreme. E.r.dr came in swore it wasn't a blood clot. Never tested for it did a X-ray. Cussed at me for showing her a letter about my med problems. She said shit I have to read this at 5:30 am. To late for that. She said X-ray didn't show a tear and never did a d dime on me or blood work to see if blood work was right. Also wrote on my paperwork that says pain is supposed to let you know something is wrong and discharged me. I have pain still can't put pressure on leg. Sounds like doc didn't do her job and also called my pain stupid. I have the paperwork to prove it

Dr. give prescription for wrong drug for me. Billed insurance for $230. insurance paid $216.38. Sent me bill for $13.62. Very greedy! Why $216.38 did not enough for OhioHelth? NO LIMIT FOR GREED! SHAME ON YOU OhioHealth!
