From the very first visit from Keith the engineer ( really knows his stuff) the roofers, electricians and Hannah from scheduling ( always keeps you updated) , my experience was overall excellent. Considering my installation wasn't very straight forward ( converted attic and I wanted the batteries and inverter away from the house). Very professional company I would recommend to anyone. All the paperwork is dealt by their office and there is always someone to contact if needed. 16 panels and a car charger. Saving me money already and it does exactly what Keith told me. Very neat work and fast. The only company of several quotes that actually met my needs.

Hi recently had Solar PV panels installed , the whole process from initial consultation was very easy . Everything was explained from initial design by Louise to the installation by Paul , Josh , Martin and Kieran . They arrived at 8 am explained everything and wrecfinished by 11. Work very professional and neat. I have no hesitation in recommending OHK fur solar panel installation . Congrats to the OHK team . John

I recently had solar panels installed with OHK and I couldn’t be more happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation with Paul through to the final installation of Dane and Shane the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

The workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail and a very tidy installation. The installers took the time to explain how everything works and answered all of my questions. The system is performing exactly as promised, and it’s reassuring to know that I’m reducing my energy bills while making a positive impact on the environment.

The service we received from the Ohk solar company was fantastic from start to finish,they explained everything from the beginning with Keith the sales guy,Shane the electrician,the girls Charlene,Monica where just great,the service that we got was perfect,they talked us through it in getting the whole system fitted,it took 2 days from the roofers fitting the solar panels,the next day the electricians came and had the system up and running in no time,they left with no mess behind them,the whole team at Ohk where brilliant,the follow up calls to make sure that we where happy with the job and anytime we weren't sure of sometime ,just to give them a phonecall anytime,there pricing was great value ,I can recommend Ohk solar to anybody as they made it so simple and took every step to make sure every thing went smoothly,thanks to the Ohk solar team

The experience was seamless from start to finish. From the initial visit to the guys who installed to the electricians it was just a super experience. Straight talking from the beginning no faff like I had with quotes from other companies. Very professional and super speedy. Would genuinely recommend to anyone and everyone.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Incompetence on a massive scale. Electricans just take the laziest option every time. Phone calls and emails ignored. My hot water system has not worked for two weeks due to the incompetence of the installation.

I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with OHK Energy. I paid a deposit of €2610 specifically for a site inspection and a no obligation quote for a heat pump installation. After paying and bring assured by the consultant Pierce Townsend , I heard nothing. Due to the lack of communication and service, I decided not to proceed and formally requested a full refund of my deposit on May 12th.

Despite being told at the outset that I could choose not to proceed for any reason, OHK Energy has failed to return my money. It has been over a month (as of June 17th), and despite numerous emails and empty promises that the refund was "approved," my funds remain with the company.

This behavior is completely unacceptable. Under consumer protection laws, including Distance Selling regulations, businesses are required to provide refunds without unreasonable delay. OHK Energy has ignored these obligations. They were happy to take my money instantly for a service they never provided, but they have made getting it back an impossible, stressful process. Avoid this company

The efficiency and courtesy of technical staff. The ease of communication with the office and in particular the accounts department when we had to query an initial invoice which had not taken into account an agreed discount. The system itself seems to be working very well and I believe it will save a lot on our electricity bills.

The knowledge of the staff, professional and timely manner every thing was done.

Great experience from start to finish. Few little teething problems on installation but resolved quickly and efficiently.

The booking and all of the admin, from our inital contact was handled very promptly and professionally. After paying our deposit we were lucky to get a cancellation and the team showed up shortly after 8 and were finished by 11.30am. Very quick and efficient, and we are delighted with the results.
