A beautiful heart-opening experience with Munira

After attending the Cacao ceremony as a team activity conducted by Munira, I felt immediately reconnected to my soul.

It was such a beautiful heart-opening and healing journey with a group of work colleagues.

Munira was able to provide a safe place for us to enhance mindfulness, reduce stress, deepen mind-body connection, improve energy level and also open our heart. She left us refreshed, energized and full of advices to keep seeking for the right balance in life and business.

Something I would highly recommend to experience.

Group Cacao Ceremony

I attended a Cacao ceremony conducted by the lovely Munira with a small group of work colleagues. I had never been to one of these ceremonies before, so was a little unsure on what to expect.

It was a relaxing, uplifting and calming experience and you really do feel the weight being lifted off your shoulders. It bought our team closer together by building stronger connections and a deeper understanding of one another.

I would recommend attending a Cacao ceremony for not only a deeper understanding of yourself but also a great team activity for strengthening working relationships.

Highly recommended

Having worked with munira for around 2 years now I couldn't recommend her more highly!...always giving great and honest advice! Her warm and welcoming studio gives you a safe space to be yourself. Anyone who gets the chance to work with her is very lucky....she's one of my favourite people 😊

Wonderful Experience

Having attended 2 of Munira's Cacao ceremonies now, I can categorically say that it was one of the most enlightening, calming & rewarding experiences I have had. Having never participated in a ceremony before, I was a little apprehensive, however Munira's calm, holistic & positive approach soon had me feeling very at ease.

It was not long before I was very content with my surroundings and feeling the stress of everyday life just flow out of me. I have to say that I left both ceremonies feeling very uplifted, cleansed and ready to take on the world again.

Looking forward to the next opportunity I get to participate in another session.
