I signed up for a subscription box

I signed up for a subscription box, it was stuck on collected by Royal Mail for weeks, I emailed customer services repeatedly, what’s app didn’t work, Facebook messages repeatedly just to be completely ignored, it eventually arrived when I stated I would have to do a bank chargeback but not a single reply from them. It’s a shame as their product is lovely but their indifference to customers make them sadly not worth the hassle.

Been ordering for a few years now can't…

Been ordering for a few years now can't fault the wax melts strong smells.. I order pretty regular and also subscribe to monthly vip boxes.. This is a nightmare I chase up the vip every month yes it as either gone missing or you are lapsydaisy on sending it out... Mays sub was taken around 17th May by the 11th of June and 3/4 ignored emails later I contacted my bank to stop any future payments for the vip... Yesterday 15th June I notice an email from royal mail saying it was being del that day I waited and waited only to receive a further email saying you had recalled it but like I said I paid in may so I'd appreciate a full refund please or resend the product I've paid for...... This is not good customer service for someone you supposedly value as a loyal customer and like I said the products are fantastic customer service let's you down

Used this company many times before…

Used this company many times before without issue but on this occasion I placed my order 30/05/2026, since then I’ve had no contact from anyone despite emailing ( returned to me ) called number obtained from google but it’s not in service and filled out the contact form on website several times!!!! It is now 13th June and still nothing heard so raised as dispute with bank , in future will only buy from companies that give good customer service 😞

Absolutely shocking customer care. I have emailed them asking when I can expect my delivery which I ordered 3 weeks ago and no one getting back to me and telephone number doesn’t exist but they still took my money

Been using oh my melt for years now

Been using oh my melt for years now, there wax melts are devine.. Placed an order as usual 10 days ago and nothing, ive emailed them, sent messages and still nowt. Its not good enough for a loyal customer what as been ordering of you for years... God knows whats going on with this company.. i wont be ordering again, you have lost another loyal customer...

Really good wax melts

Really good wax melts. I use a huge range of wax melts - so basically big brands like yankee, cheaper ones like home bargains and b&m and more niche brands too.

I'm overall really happy with the scents from Oh My Melt. I would say the scent throw is easily 10 out of 10 - with also the wax coming out of the burner with no scraping (so a natural wax).

Delivery could be quicker - it would be great if they had a next day delivery option BUT these are worth waiting for. Customer service answered my questions before ordering so all around pleased.

Would like to see some more products in future such as gel wax melts etc, but happy with these, thank you!

Items not received

I ordered some items on the 18th of feb 26
After countless emails sent and contact via their website contact form I received no response.
I have now contacted my bank to raise a dispute.
I’ve always bought from oh my melt , I will not purchase from these again

Your order was securely dispatched from our warehouse, but you are completely right—tracking shows Royal Mail has failed to scan or deliver the parcel, and it appears lost in transit. Furthermore, we are investigating why your emails and contact forms did not reach our primary inbox, as we would have resolved this for you instantly had we seen them.

We completely understand why you raised a dispute with your bank, and we will accept it on our end immediately so your funds are released back to you without delay. We sincerely apologize for letting you down this time

Poor smelling wax melts

After a Google search for strong smelling wax melts this company came up. Ordered the perfume bundle & baccarat rouge air freshener. Excitedly put a wax melt in the burner & there is hardly any smell at all. Had to throw the air freshener away it smelt soon bad. Also took 2 weeks for delivery. Won't purchase again

Terrible way to treat a loyal customer …

My daughter who has been a customer from when oh my melt started, so years now, placed a £100 order, she was delivered £47 worth of wax melts, contacted then immediately sent the delivery receipt with delivery weight, was firstly questioned then ignored then ignored and ignored, eventually Klarna honored her purchase and refunded £52. All these years with no issues, couple missed items her last order and rectified immediately, £52 short at Xmas and completely ignored. She has been a customer’s for years now, recommended this company so many times, to be treated like this. Never places a small order always around the £100 mark, she won’t be shopping here anymore, nor myself or anyone else we know, lots of custom missed here, melts are superb but sham of a company to treat a loyal customer who has been with them from the start in such an couldn’t care less way. Recommendations whe have given will now be retracted. So so disappointed in you oh my melt.

Gorgeous high quality wax melts

I'm always excited when the Autumn wax melts are released, and love to see what scents are available. This year's offerings did not disappoint! I chose the pumpkin spice latte which smells absolutely gorgeous. Once again, a high quality, great value product with swift delivery. I can't fault this company and will continue to return season after season.
