Screen record claw token use!!!
For the 4th time in a few weeks the bonus claw game token and now win was stolen from me! Today I used my claw coin and finally won the banana, I was so excited as I never win. I wasn't credit for the WI and went straight to customer service and there she said she had no record of me using it.... in so many words I was lying. Then I asked to speak, with fraud as I learnt my lesson the last few times a day had recorded it on video!,, the chat was abruptly ended and I was left either resolution. So now im here trying to get a free token that was taken .I have spent thousands and thousands here. Very dissatisfied and very upset with the bad customer service and horrible attitudes.
