I called and someone was crazy rude to…
I called and someone was crazy rude to me. They use a secret code no one can read instead of using the expiration date. They sent me granulated garlic that expires in 3 months and I can't get anyone to respond to me via email. I was told by one of their reps to contact them via email when I called them with the expiration question. I am calling again now to get a fresh batch that isn't about to go bad sent to me. They are not professional.

Ordered pistachios to be delivered on 12/22/23 OVER a month ago. No word from company. I wrote today to check 12/19. Got two emails, the first said they’d send me a tracking number. The second said they weren’t available. I called them. They couldn’t deliver in time for Christmas. OVER A MONTHS NOTICE. Absolutely unacceptable
