I literally just ordered my items and accurately imported my address but once I clicked payment it disregarded my unit number. I’ve tried calling, virtual assistance, and basically if you don’t edit it within 15 mins or cancel within 15mins they’re basically taking ur money. So if it sends to the wrong address it’s my fault when I imported everything correctly, every time I order o line I always double check the address information. This is really disappointing given the amount of money one spends and that my graduation is in May don’t order from here if this is a major event for you.

I made orders for a top and a dress they acc have amazing cloth i love some of their clothes feels nice in summer as well as could wear their long leave tops under a coat in winter and they genuinely have a good material to it. i really like how the clothes lay on and look for sales girls !

I ordered a number of dresses from Oh Polly for my 30th birthday as I wanted a special dress. I went away for my birthday and my delivery was sent back 15 days after it was delivered as I had to ask a relative to send back for me once I realised I would miss the return date of 14 days. I missed this by ONE day and the item was returned in 15 days. I have now been given £483 onto a gift card when i selected for this to be sent back to the original payment method. I have sent the items back in perfect condition. I now have a huge amount on a gift card that i never asked for and absolutely no way to contact anyone to try and get this refunded onto the original method. This is a huge amount of money which quite frankly, nobody can afford to keep on a gift card and i returned the items in perfect condition and they are holding my money on a gift card, for missing out on ONE day! I do not understand how they are allowed to do this

I have my graduation in May and I chose to go with Oh Polly since I’ve always wanted to try their dresses, specially for this special occasion. I have been panicking because I have to leave my state for my graduation and I had to order as many dresses as possible at the time I had to order. When I found my favorite one from one of my Oh Polly’s order I tried to return the other ones but I could only get one option for my return, that’s when I contacted the Oh Polly’s customer service team and Eleanor (Elle) helped me tremendously. I’m so happy with my experience now and I feel truly fulfilled. Thank you Elle and I can’t wait to feel and look so Oh Polly in May!

The product was great overall, however one item which was listed as XS/S was difficult to get into since my size is S. However, it was quite comfortable, as were the rest of the products. The quality is amazing, as always, and the dress and bodysuits look amazing. Love shopping from Oh Polly!

I got in touch with Oh Polly after Evri left my parcel on a DOORSTEP and the wrong doorstep at that. Firstly, they asked me to fill out a non receipt of goods form - that’s fine. What’s bizarre is that they wouldn’t accept an e-signature. Extremely strange as even legal documents can be signed via e-signature these days and courts have no issue with this. In my opinion, they just want to make it as difficult as possible for the customer to get their refund. I filled out the form, and responded to Evri when they reached out for more information (on Friday), and 5 days later, Oh Polly are asking me to respond to Evri… even though I already have! I wouldn’t be so frustrated if I didn’t need the refund so badly so I can place another order before my holiday next week. In addition to this, the last order I placed with Oh Polly before this, they ended up refunding me for one of the items as they never even had it in stock! For a brand that has been up and running for years now, they really are pretty incompetent and a lot of their policies (re wet signatures) are extremely outdated and unnecessary.

Brutal customer service. I placed an order and immediately after clicking to finalize it, I realized the sizing was wrong. It gives you 15 minutes after placing the order to update it however the system was glitching and it was not allowing me to change anything. I reached out to their customer service and they refused to do anything about and kept repeating that I had 15 minutes to update it after ordering. The order was barely processed and I kept asking them to just update the size as I had no realized it was in UK sizing but they refused to do so and said it was too late. They kept telling me I can return it or exchange it. I tried to explain to them that not only had I just paid over 200 for the dress but I’ll have to pay for the duties too as I’m in Canada and then I’d have to pay to return it and pay all over again for the duties which were almost 100, but they didn’t care. So now I’m out the duties charge and I’ll have to pay for the return. Great company.
