never received a romper that i payed for!!! bull crap!!

It took me about two months to get my packages and I never received my last one which was sent back because the label was scratched out, but the excuse was that my address was "incorrect". It would take customer service days to email me back and they would never return my phone calls. Definitely don't recommend this company to anyone.

It took a long time for the order to get here and even though the emails said it would arrive in a week or so it took way longer. When it did finally get here the quality of what I bought was terrible.. the material was very cheap and poorly put together. I will never order from here again.

Material was not worth the price and I still have not recieved one of my orders.

Ordered two swimsuits. The material was very cheesy and cheap. Absolutely no give to the material. One clip on the back hook was hanging on by a thread had to Sew both pieces. Doesn't state on the site that I could find that it is shipped from china. Very poor quality.

I ordered a bikini and it fit nice, was very cute and had decent material. I wore it ONCE and the metal loops on it rusted which stained and ruined the whole bikini. I emailed them and they told me they could help me and gave me the website for returns , but they took so long to get back to me that the time frame for returning it had expired and they said they could do nothing else. Waist of money and I will not purchase from them again.

They need better customer service. Better response time. And they need to give the tracking numbers as soon as we purchase an order. I had to wait 2 weeks before they gave me my tracking numbers to my orders.

I was sent the wrong swimming suit and I've tried to send it back for the correct one without any luck. Their sizing is inaccurate and quality is poor. I'm very disappointed in my experience.

Ordered online. Sent wrong item to me. After I return, no more answer for more than one month , no refund either!!!!!! Very bad

I've been trying to return an item for 3 months, and haven't had a response on emails I've sent requesting the return. They claimed there return center was very busy, as I expect many customers found the products similar to myself made very poorly and of awful quality.

I wish I could give them zero stars I really do. This was the worst buying experience I've ever had. I ordered this swimsuit with the idea it would arrive in time for a trip to California. A very reasonable goal since the trip to California was in a month. After I asked twice for my tracking number with no response and it had been 3 weeks I figured the website was a scam and I was out of some money. I looked on Amazon found the exact swimsuit at a better price and ordered from there. When I ordered I only had 5 days before my trip and I was nervous that it wouldn't get there in time. they sent me my tracking number the same day (much better than never having one and being promised that it would get there in a few days. which it never did.) the orders estimated arrival time was one day after I was going to leave for my trip. I was disappointed since the trip was the whole reason for buying the swim suit but I understood. I should have never messed around with this website and I would have gotten the swim suit much sooner. Thankfully the swimsuit did arrive on time because of Amazons amazing shipping. But this really was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I sent six emails in total and out of those six I got one reply which said I would get my tracking number soon. which I never did. After 2 months the swimsuit from this place arrived and I have tried to contact them to take it back since I already have mine from Amazon. I have not gotten an email back and I doubt I ever will. Now I have a pointless swim suit that I'm not sure what to do what and im out of some money. Do yourself a favor and don't order from this website.

My daughter ordered 3 bathing suits and we only received 2. After ordering I received an email from Maria thanking me for my business and asking me to email with any questions or concerns. A month after not receiving the 3rd bathing suit I emailed asking for a refund. A week after I sent the email I was asked for my order number and replied the same day. This was 7 weeks ago and I still have not received a response!! 😡

there is no padding in the top, when it says it's push up... the sizing is very wrong too. very cheap material.

I tried to contact customer service so many times via email, phone, and twitter. I never received a response. I also did not receive my items until 3 months later. I will never shop here again.

I ordered a pair of shorts in the beginning of June and I still haven't received them. I contacted them via email and no response.
