I’ve ordered a Violet Knitwear skirt and jumper that look a bit oversized on top and the skirt was flared like A-line. This product has been ordered in the first week of December to be gifted in Christmas. As the company name consisted Manchester I’ve ordered without hesitation, but the order tracking number was giving unclear information and gave error through Royal Mail. It didn’t arrive until 4th of January and because it came after 14 days of the delivery I couldn’t return it due to the unfair return policy. The product was supposed to be 2 XL but definitely wasn’t and the quality wasn’t the as it was on the photo. I’ve even tried to cancel the order before the 14 days but no one answered. Doesn’t worth 40 pounds and the company expect us to pay the delivery to return it back if I could’ve. And the product came from China and didn’t give any notification of how long would it take.

Advertised as well tailored structured dresses. Come as cheap dresses manufactured and shipped from Asia. Takes weeks to arrive and is not as sold.
Cannot return, only store based credit.
Do not purchase from here.

They are a scam company. Ordered a dress for my daughter. It’s never arrived yet I keep getting emails with offers and no communication. No contact number. It’s a facade.
