Absolutely amazing. Ordered the 320 Honolulu set as a treat for myself, ordered on Easter Monday. Standard delivery - they arrived on Wednesday. I then received a £25 voucher as part of their loyalty scheme, I used this to order the 24 skin colour set which also came on Wednesday.

I then received an email on Wednesday letting me know I had a free gift coming, it has just arrived (Thursday afternoon) and I've received a FREE 48 pack of alcohol markers, some of which weren't included in my main set. I've received £65 worth of free gifts, super speedy delivery, and the pens themselves are amazing. I can't thank and recommend Ohuhu enough.

I ordered 2 sets for my girlfriend as a christmas gift.
Recieved both sets, but in 1 set there was a dried out marker.

Contacted support twice, no reply.

The markers are great, you just got to hope there is nothing wrong with your order because you won't get any help from their support

I bourgt a set of markers as a Christmas gift. It was the wrong ones, so i tried to return them. Now, more then 30 days ago, they have not responded to any of my 4 e-mails and not returned my money.

A complete scam - do not buy anything there!!!

I had an issue with a large marker set I ordered, as several markers arrived dry, some were damaged with ink leakage, and a few colors were missing. After saving for a long time to buy this set, it was very disappointing at first.

However, I contacted customer support and, although the process took a few messages and some back and forth to identify all the defective colors, the team was polite and responsive throughout. They reviewed the information, asked for details and photos, and worked with me to find a solution.

In the end, they sent me a replacement marker set, which I have now received. I really appreciate the effort to make things right and the way they handled the situation. The initial experience was frustrating, but their customer service and final resolution were very positive.

Had a delivery go missing and they was fully willing to send out a brand new set with no questions asked, but due to the time frame i could get them next day on amazon so they cancelled the order and refunded me. great help.

I returned an unopened, unused duplicate gift and was required to pay $30 to return an $80 item. The product will be received in fully resalable condition, yet the entire return shipping cost was pushed onto me.

Customer service was "polite" but relied entirely on policy rather than addressing how unreasonable this is. Charging 37.5% of an item’s value just to return a gift discourages gift purchases altogether. Product quality is fine, but this return policy is not customer-friendly. I am hesitant to ever buy from here again and will warn others.

I love the pens but they run out of ink so quick it’s ridiculous I don’t think I’ll buy them again I can go to one of the nz stores buy pens like them and they last for more then a month instead of couple weeks

I ordered markers on Monday evening from the EU warehouse to Sweden and received them on Friday morning the same week. Shipping was free, there were no extra taxes, and the whole process was extremely smooth.

I ordered the 320 ohuhu Oahu set of alcohol markers which I wanted for £135, tracking was ok until it got to the uk and now I’m expected to pay another £48 for customs fees.. I got a letter from Parcelforce 6 days after the date of the letter explaining the costs that need to be paid I have been in touch with ohuhu customer services who then told me I needed to pay customs to get pens delivered then when I receive them they will refund me.. that’s ok but money is tight due to cost of living.. wish I had ordered them off Amazon now as they would deliver same day/next day even though they are a little more expensive they would be worth it. Now have to wait 20 or so days until they are sent back to ohuhu so I can hopefully get a refund! Not a happy customer!!

Ordered 320 set of acrylic markers for my daughter. Shipment came directly to my front door 8 days later. All markers work and bag that came with them was better quality than we expected based on the pictures. Everything went smoothly after I realized I need to allow usage of my credit card outside Europe even when the order was from storage house inside EU. Thus good experience and shipments within EU worked without trouble. (The company did mention something special if you order from UK.)

My daughterbhas been waiting fir these pens to come back into stock.She is at college doing art this kit retails at £90 I am a single disabled payment.Wgen my daughter used the swatch card G1 Emerald Green was dried put rendering the whole set ruined l I complained straightaway the ironic thing is they seemed to know this pen was out of stick and offered me !£5.00 to gey ine from another retailer.I am chronically ill my daughter has missed her deadline she needed this specific shade. I asked if they could send a smaller pack for me to try after theur faked advertising and the £7.00 the replacement pen lists on amazon.I am disgusted they have nit replied ti.me akk day so I am going to call my bank they are supposed to be indrf warranty fir 6 months we have had them for two days.Avoid lime the pkagie

Had a great experience buying from Ohuhu recently! Friendly and efficient customer service, fast shipping, secure packaging, and my little boy is thrilled with his gorgeous new markers. 10/10 😀❤️

Ordered the 320 alcohol marker set, some organizers as well as some other things from the online shop. Was a bit worried because of some bad reviews, but I personally had no problems with their shop, delivery or the products.
Delivery was quick, all products were fine.
For context: I ordered from the EU warehouse to Germany.

My order still hasn't shipped, and I've encountered numerous issues with this company. Initially, I was on day 3 without any shipping updates, despite their claim that orders ship within 24 hours. This is completely misleading; after reaching out, they stated it’s actually 48 hours, and here I am, 48 hours into my second order with no shipment in sight.

I requested to cancel part of my order—specifically, some gel pens—and was informed that they had instead canceled my entire order. To make matters worse, I’ve been told I need to wait 2 months for the alcohol markers I never wanted canceled in the first place, to come back I stock. This is utterly illogical since the set I ordered should still be available.

Their response to this mess? A mere 10% discount, which is already advertised on their website. This is not an acceptable resolution.

I forgot to update to my new address before paying, so had to contact their customer services. I received a prompt reply and my order was delivered to my new address. I then received a follow up email to check I had received my order. First class customer service and I love my new pens, very high quality

I had to contact them about information on a particular issue and the lady who replied, Violet, was extremely polite and kind and gave me all the information I asked for plus a lot more besides! Their materials are superb and I have just made my third purchase from them and the recipient will enjoy receiving it, very much, in due course.

I had a problem with an Amazon order from Ohuhu, but they fixed it fast.

I contacted their support, and Tracy sorted out a refund for the missing part. She was really helpful and kept me updated.

Then Sunny from their team offered a refund without needing me to return the item. So easy!

Overall, Ohuhu was great to deal with. If you want a company that cares, go with Ohuhu.

I purchased a greenhouse off them when I put it together there was a slight rip by the seam and plastic. I emailed them and they replied within 24 hours asking for a picture which I sent and within 6 hours of sending Tracy authorised a replacement which was received two days later. Customer service 100% and the company 100% I don't know how the bad reviews where treated but mine was excellent and would buy from them again. I don't normally do reviews unless company is really good. Thank you Tracy for handling my problem swiftly
