Great tool for managing Instagram sales and DMs
Been using Ohyap for managing Instagram customer messages and it’s made things a lot easier. The AI handles a lot of the repetitive questions automatically, which saves me a good amount of time, especially when there are lots of DMs coming in.
I also like that it works well with Roman Urdu, since that’s useful when dealing with local customers. The overall setup was pretty straightforward and the interface is easy to understand.
So far, it’s been a really useful tool for managing Instagram sales and customer conversations. Definitely worth trying if you run an online business and get a lot of Instagram inquiries.
