I ordered a necklace which unfortunately got lost in the Christmas post.
Oia had chased royal mail and contacted me before I even checked why my order hadn't arrived. I was so impressed with their customer service.
Although the necklace I had originally ordered was out of stock they sent me 2 pieces of jewellery of my choice to apologise for the delivery error.

The jewellery arrived and it is beautiful....now I just have to decide which piece to give as a present and which to keep for myself!!

Such a gorgeous necklace it is so elegant not too dainty that you can’t see it but also not too chunky. The packaging was so lovely also and well presented will definitely order in the future!

I loved the ring I ordered. I will definitely buy more jewellery from the brand and will recommend to others. I don't know how waterproof the ring is because it's kind of heavy so I can't wear it every day as I wanted to do.

These are pretty earrings and close to photo. Unfortunately the butterfly back was loose on both so fell off.

I came across this brand by chance, made an order. Needed to return some things. Whole process was super fast,convenient. After one week of wearing ordered ring, noticed one stone was missing. Contacted the company, two days later I’ve received replacement together with small gift. Overall the service was amazing. I am impressed!

Absolutely stunning jewellery and incredible quality.
