The customer service staff in the Inverness office and the drivers are polite and friendly the only issue I have had is out of the last 5 orders over the last year 3 did not arrive and when phoning my order was not even on the system.

Very quick recent delivery after I had been sick and not checked the tank, which was at oops ‘better order some oil’ level. Usual great courteous service from the Forfar Oilfast team.
I have a monthly payment account and although I don’t know if I am getting the lowest price for my oil it’s worth staying with them just for the overall service the office staff and drivers provide (maybe Oilfast could initiate a loyalty program?). Experience to date would indicate a truly customer focused business

Overcharged
I didn’t like my tank took less than I estimated when I ordered. You charged me the full amount for the original order. When I queried this, you had credited my account with you with the difference. I requested my credit card be refunded but I am still waiting nearly 4 weeks later.

The Oilfast team offers incredible service and fast delivery. They always do their best to get oil to us as quickly as possible, and make it very easy. They even check in when it's coming near time to reorder.
