Well packaged
Oils came well packaged..it took a little longer to receive them as they were held up in customs.. I haven’t used them as I only received them yesterday..but my daughter in England orders from them and has always been happy with her purchases

The pick up instructions on the email…
The pick up instructions on the email advising that the goods were ready to pick up indicated 2 addresses. I called the telephone number given on the email only to be told I had called the therapy department and not the essential oil shop. I eventually clarified where the goods could be picked up from. When I arrived the door was locked and nobody from Oils4life was there even though it was opening hours - it was only by chance that the Podiatrist who was there treating one of his clients let me in. He then asked me if I'd paid for the goods - which I had so fortunately he let me have the package with my name on it which was sitting on the counter.

Apologies for the confusion with your recent Click & Collect Order. We do have two premises which are around 500 yards apart, so, depending on the proposed timing for collection we use both addresses. We had a member of staff off sick on the afternoon of your collection which led to the front door going on its magnetic lock.. we were then reliant on one of the therapists responding to the door bell. Not ideal, but it really was a combination of issues on this occasion that led to the problem you experienced. We will certainly take the lessons from this event and look to improve our click and collect arrangements. Apologies for any inconvenience on the day. Oils4life Team.

Excellent products
Good range, competitive prices easy to browse and order. Oils came extremely promptly, packaged well to travel safely, but not stupidly overpacked as things tend to be these days.
