Wrong EO sent
i deleted my review in error after the company responded to it - Im far better on computer than phone...
I am not happy that they sent the wrong EO and their T&C allows them not to accept responsibility
I know it was 14 months after the order, but as a regular user of EO I stock up and store in fridge (as recommended on my course in 2004)
The EO ordered was Lavender, the one I received was not - in fact it was blue (??G..Chamomile - I couldnt distinquish the aroma)
I just thought as a regular customer I would have been given some creditability and a better quality service. Im just disappointed with this response .
I will just take my custom somewhere else. If the company still think this is acceptable to stand by their TC is their choice - not premium customer service for a long standing customer.....Shame

poor customer service and delivery…
poor customer service and delivery really let them down as no communication between courier and themselves it seemed.I complained they made out it was all my fault - but their email communication and parcel tracking was really poor.

The courier attempted delivery but as no one was in they returned the parcel to the depot - they are not permitted to leave parcels, unless this has been stated at the time of ordering. We managed to get the parcel redelivered to you as soon as we became aware of the issue. Our team went above and beyond to ensure your parcel was returned to you promptly.
Great products and company
I love the essential oils from oils4life. They are reasonably priced and smell fresh. I’ve been getting them for a few years now and they are always great quality oils. I had a query regarding an item I had ordered so I called them, they answered my question and when I asked if I could cancel that part of the order they were super-helpful and organised the partial refund there and then. Great company in my experience.

Used to order from them years ago and recommended them. Things have changed. Must be different ownership. Put an order in for large oregano oil. Paid. (As you do). Waited a few days didnt arrive then got an invoice for an extra £12 . When i messaged, they said that because i live in a DIF INTERNATIONAL country (REPUBLIC OF IRELAND) they added extra charges (£10 postage) yet they added an extra tax overall including postage, which is bs so the price of the oiI went up extra because of postage. Scam. I DONT LIVE IN A DIFFERENT INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY I LIVE IN THE UK . My address was filled in during the order and registered as uk!! Awful. I told them this but they didnt reply. Didnt value my custom i suppose. I will find a genuine company in future
UPDATE AFTER THEY LEFT A REPLY HERE ON TRUSTPILOT: I KNOW FOR A FACT I DID NOT CHOOSE CLICK AND COLLECT AND HAVE DOUBLE CHECKED AND MY PAYPAL INVOICE CLEARLY SAYS "SHIP TO [MY ADDRESS]" AND THEY ARE LYING HERE BY SAYING THEY MENTIONED NORTHERN IRELAND TOO. THEY SAID IRELAND (THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND IS A DIFFERENT COUNTRY WITH DIFFERENT GOVERNMENT, MONEY, EDUCATION, POSTAL SERVICE ETC). I WENT THROUGH THE PROCESS AGAIN ON PHONE AND LAPTOP TO TEST IT AND KNOWING MY ADDRESS, IT GOES TO MY PAYPAL WHEN I CLICK PAY NOW AND SAYS THE SAME AS WHEN I ORDERED, INCLUDING MY PAYPAL SAYING SHIP TO MY ADDRESS. I CHECKED THE ROYAL MAIL SITE AND CUSTOMS TO CONFIRM WHAT I ALREADY KNOW, IT SAYS THE COSTS ARE THE SAME AS THE REST OF THE UK AND THERE ARE NO CUSTOMS DUTIES. A PARCEL OF 2KG FROM ENGLAND TO NORTHERN IRELAND IS £4.25 PLUS VAT F0R TRACKED 24HR . MY OIL WAS 500ML/G, £3.39 48HR INCLUDES COMPENSATION UP TO £150. TRACKED WITH SIGNATURE 2KG £5.65 24HR. UK SIGNED FOR 1ST CLASS £5.49.
They added costs after the contract was made which is fraud in my opinion and im considering whether or not to report. As you can tell, their attitude towards customers is unprofessional and they dont care to even offer a gesture due to their own errors not to mention lack of communication after i pointed this out to rectify the situation. If their system didnt charge me for postage its on THEIR END, I PAID AND ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL. They conveniently removed their snarky, immature ad-hominem comments about me in their updated reply to this

We were disappointed by your 1-star review and being called scammers. We’ve been a trusted online retailer for over 20 years, serving countless satisfied customers across the world.
Here are the facts: when you placed your order, you selected ‘Click and Collect.’ from our offices in the UK. This is the entry made on our e-commerce site. After noticing your address was in Belfast (Northern Ireland), we contacted you to advise that shipping to NI costs more than to the UK Mainland. Our shipping charge to NI is £10.00 + VAT (as we are VAT registered). Shipping charges to NI have always been different and are clearly set out online.
When you declined to pay the shipping fee, we immediately issued a full refund.
It’s unfortunate you’re discouraging others based on this situation. We have been 100% transparent at every stage of the process. We tried to resolve the issue for you. We have acted professionally at every stage. There is no question of this being a SCAM?!

Not the best website to navigate round
The website is a total mess to navigate on. As soon as you change direction on the page a big pop ul screen comes up. It's covering the item you want to look as till you move back down again. Finding the item i was looking for took me that long I nearly gave up.
Delivery was quick but make sure you are home as the company they use can only drop off at a few locations, I had to drive 20 min to collect mine.

We are currently trialing EVRI as an alternative to Royal Mail. EVRI is used by many major companies, including Amazon. We also use APC. We appreciate that courier hubs are not always close by if delivery is not possible - I would have hoped that redelivery would have been attempted and a courier contact number advised, before you had to collect? We will monitor this. I hope your next order will be much smoother.

We proceeded to resolve the customers issue as soon we became aware of the problem, which was when we saw this 1-star review?! The customer had sent an email to a 'no-reply' email account so we did not receive it.
The original order was sent within 24 hours of ordering. The parcel was shown as delivered by Royal Mail on the Tracking, however, it was clear the tracking was not right, so we immediately dispatched a replacement order which was received by the customer on the next day.
I would like to think that we have responded well to resolve this customers issue - parcel delays are never planned, but we pulled out all the stops to update the customer and send a replacement immediately.
Only good experiences…
I only have good experiences with Oils4life.
