Professional service
The watch arrived when due through DHL and was carefully packed. It presented no signs of wear and appeared to be in perfect conditions. I had asked the retailer to reduce the bracelet because it was too large to fit my wrist and he accomodated my request with no hesitations and did not charge the price of this job. The risizing of the bracelet fits my wrist perfectly. Both the website and the seller have proved to be serious and professional in my opinion.
