The products were delivered in 2 packages. The delivery was quite fast. Unfortunately there were some scratches and imperfection on the products. I reported it to the customer service and they offered me a quite decent compensation. After all I am satisfied with the product.

Quality of the commode was good, customer support replies very fast

The bed is beautiful, but the set arrived without the screws needed for assembly. The company offered €15 at first, then €30 after we decided to buy the screws ourselves. Good customer service with quick replies, even on Sundays, but the package should be checked better before shipping.

Very fast order processing and delivery. Excellent contact with the seller. Large selection of products at great prices. I recommend this store to everyone.

The parts of the table bench did not had the stickers with numbers so you could double check with the montage guide.
The bench itself is nice and so far so good.

Can't keep their shipping promises. Shipped way too late and that's only because I sent them an email, otherwise they probably would have shipped even later.

Shipping time is 3-4 days on their website. Was delivered 7 days later, because I sent an email on the 3rd day.

Quality of the products is mediocre, but so is their prices.

Good delivery, but poor quality

All components were precise and the outcome was excellent! By the way, the steps in video instructions were different that the printed ones. I followed the printed instructions that were more detailed. The assembly procedure could have been slightly easier if: a/ the pieces had a sticker or mark with the part nr corresponding to the instructions, and b/ if paper had been properly printed. Overall, almost perfect!

Beautifull product, good comunication, quick delivery.

I ordered a work table and it’s amazing! Looks exactly the way it was in pictures if not better.
Just slightly difficult to build but overall I’d say pretty perfect.

Handy manual, but it looks as cheap as it is. We were pleasantly surprised at the numbering of the items and the packaging of the screws - it was all very user friendly and most parts were undamaged when they arrived. Only one panel (#7) was damaged and had chunks chipped off.

However, I’m not entirely happy with the end result. It looks and feels a bit wonky: drawers are not on spirit level, the storage compartment on the right side of the mirror is too wide so the shelf doesn’t fit well, edges of the MDF are not finished with care so they came out dark/black/grey.

Swapping the drawer knobs for 3,- messing gold ones from the local hardware store immediately upgraded the general look and feel by 200%.

All in all, not super happy, but also not super sad. It’s reasonably priced for the quality you’re getting, which is not a lot, but we were still pleasantly surprised at how well the assembly was thought through.

Fast delivery, no missing parts, solid closet!

I only received one package in stead of two. After a few weeks the second pakkage did not yet arrive. I can do nothing with one package.

We ordered from the Netherlands, so usually ordering from other countries worries me a bit in advance. Everything was completely according to whishes though!

We recently ordered a changing commode with OK-Living. We're very happy with the quality of the material (except for the handles - they all seem to be pretty low quality ones, and one of them was broken).
We also had an extremely nice experience with the customer support team: they've always been very professional, helpful and reactive, and once we notified them about this issue with one of the handles, they offered us to either return our product (full refund) or keep the product and receive a partial refund
