Had a really great experience on Saturday in Oka Knutsford . We were helped by a lovely team member called Michelle who was knowledgable , helpful and enthusiastic . We found several pieces which fit into our home perfectly .
Our delivery was also followed up by a phone call to check everything had arrived ok . We’ve bought from Oka in the past and will definitely be visiting again in the future . Very well done Xx

I visited the Oka store in Knutsford to purchase a bistro table and chair. They didn’t have one in stock and Davina said she would take my details and come back to me. We had a telephone conversation and emails which have now completed the sale. I felt that I received the service that is lacking these days. I did thank Davina as is she went over and above.

Cushion purchase
Went to OKA today to buy some cushions for the sofa , assisted by Ellie who was great , listened to what I wanted , advised with colour choice , texture , number of cushions and layout etc , provided with a picture of sofa and she was able to do a mock up of how the actual cushions would look on the sofa on the iPad , Ellie was friendly , knowledgable , not pushy in any way & I wouldn’t hesitate to seek her out again for help and advice .

Ref Knutsford shop Amanda
I contacted OKA online to query a product design on their Coleridge range. Unfortunately they could not answer my query without referring to their product design team. The agent suggested i contact my local store and she kindly connected me to the Knutsford store.. The phone was answered by Amanda who was so helpful. In addition to my query on the Coleridge sofas Amanda then sent me an email with photographs of cushions that we were also looking to purchase.
Several more items added to our basket and Amanda processed our order via email and provided a loyalty discount.
My wife and I cannnot thank Amanda enough and we will continue to shop at the Knutsford store in the knowledge that we are receiving excellent customer service.

Yet another successful visit to OKA…
Yet another successful visit to OKA Knutsford today. The staff really are the most helpful you can experience. In store we were assisted by Louise who as always goes above and beyond to help. Also a shout out to Elli (hope that's spent correctly), who took my phone call earlier in the day and went to the stockroom to check the table we wanted was definitely in stock and reserved it until we arrived.

Really Helpful Service
We noticed that the OKA shop in Nutsford had a sale on as we passed by and bought a garden sofa on the spur of the moment.
It was complicated as we live 90 miles away and we're going in the opposite direction for a long holiday.
