It’s always a pleasure to visit our local Oka store in Tunbridge Wells. The displays are amazing and the sales assistants are so help and knowledgeable of all the products. I recently purchased a large sofa
I recently purchased a large sofa, various cushions for the sofa and 8 dining chairs from Oka. I’m delighted with all the purchases but particularly want to mention the service I received from Suzanne (at the Tunbridge Wells store). She was so patient, has a wonderful eye, gave fantastic advice and was absolutely delightful to deal with.

Terrible customer service in Tunbridge Wells
I purchased a Peking tv cabinet at Oka recently and had a bit of a "Pretty Woman" moment when I visited the Oka store in Tunbridge Wells, when I went to view the item prior to purchasing it. I was not well dressed as I had been working on my new home and didn't have time to change. The in store staff were very unattentive and I felt completely dismissed by them, whilst other customers were getting the red carpet treatment.
I was prepared to order in store and actually the store display and styling was so good that I was tempted into buying some additional accessories to complete the look, so 10/10 to Oka for that. Your in store staff however will have missed out on a good commission ( if they get commission) because I ended up spending just under £2,000 on line.
I absolutely love my purchases, which arrived on time recently, but was a bit disappointed to find that 1 item was not in stock and has a 1 month delay for delivery. Perhaps new items should be held back from display until they are actually available in order to avoid customers being disappointed?
Outside of the above I had an excellent experience with Oka, I love their products and highly recommend shopping with them, just try to avoid the Tunbridge Wells branch!!!!

We phoned the Tunbridge Wells branch about dining tables and Simona provided us with all the information we needed. On visiting the shop the next day both she and Chris provided more excellent help. Very helpful lady when ordering in store ( Hoopers TW) Kept up to date with delivery. Contacted as requested by phone when 1hour away. Rug was carried into our house and left exactly where we asked.
