It was easy to Oder. It was also easy to customize my product.

Ordering was simple and delivery was swift. I didn’t realise that the item I purchased was flat, I presumed it would be like a toy horse figurine. However, I’m sure my granddaughter will love it. It’s a gift for her graduation from primary school.

Absolutely not as advertised!! I paid $30 USD for a cheap, flat piece of plastic. Definitely not a satisfied customer.

Disappointed that it was a flat ornament, the way it’s advertised it looks like it’s a full tree ornament. A little high price for a little flat thing, not so great.

Not was was expected for such an expensive ornament. It's a small flat and dark piece of plastic. I need my money back. False advertisement and seems many have had the same issue.

I ordered a 3 Dimensional charm (tennis bag with extruding racquet) from Okband (UK) and received a flat perspex version instead (Shipped from China) and which likely cost almost nothing to make. What a scam!!

Item does not at all look like the picture beware it is flat and not glass like ball looking.

This is the first time ordering with okbands and I am pleased with the turnaround time and quality of the customized glass. The glass is a tribute to my son and his numerous years as a firefighter and medic and how proud we are of him.

I’ve never experienced false advertising this bad. OKBANDS is selling what they claim to be a 3-D airplane ornament, and the photos online are completely edited to hide the truth. The pictures make it look like an actual 3-D model, but what I received was nothing more than a flat piece of plastic with a printed sheet sandwiched inside. That’s it. No depth, no real structure — just a flimsy, flat cutout.

They even edited out the edges of the plastic in their photos, clearly trying to trick customers into thinking they’re getting a premium 3-D item. And they charge $30 for this? Absolutely unacceptable.

This is the definition of false advertising and a scam. I feel completely deceived and hope others avoid wasting their money the way I did. Companies like this should not be allowed to mislead customers with heavily edited, unrealistic photos.

I found the site to be both safe and thoughtful! I appreciate especially during the holidays the ease and swiftness even of prompt delivery.

Was easy setting up my order, what I liked most is the email sent for my conformation of the order.

I was really excited to get this item as a present for my husband and I am disappointed in the low quality of it.

I ordered a headphone/microphone ornament based on the photos, which showed a detailed piece with lights and real texture. What arrived couldn’t have been more different — a flat, cheap acrylic cutout that looks nothing like the item shown in the listing. The size, material, and overall quality were nowhere close to what was advertised.

The disappointment was one thing, but trying to get my money back has been even worse. Instead of acknowledging the misrepresentation, the seller wants me to pay my own return shipping, fill out extra paperwork, and accept losing the original shipping cost — even though the product wasn’t as described in the first place. They’ve offered tiny partial refunds that don’t come close to the value of what was paid, even though the website says RETURN & EXCHANGE: A full-refund of your purchase! Absolutely risk-free, no question asked.

At this point, I’ve had to escalate the issue through PayPal because the seller is making the process unnecessarily difficult.

In short: the product isn’t what’s shown, the quality is poor, and getting a refund is a headache. I wish I’d seen a review like this before ordering.

Straight forward ordering. In my opinion

The item you get is still nice but it’s nothing like what they advertise online. It’s a flat plastic piece instead of what it looks like when you think you’re getting sea glass ornament it’s not worth what they want for it. However, if it was cheaper it is very nice just not at all what they advertise.
